This past Saturday I participated in the nationalized war protest at Balboa Park but most of us were in front of the college with signs and stuff. There were like 8 policemen on motorcycles on all parts of the streets around us but it was a peaceful demonstration and it was a really awesome display if you ask me. I met a few friends there and was just surprised at the sheer amount of people who actually showed up for it. There were hundreds, an absolute thrill to be just one of many to make a difference. Some wars are meant to be fought. But not this one. I try to steer away from political subjects most of the time but I really think peace should be a worldwide goal. How hard is it to just be nice to each other? I just don’t understand. A lot of my callers are in the military and my heart sincerely goes out to all of you. Please be safe out there and come back home safely and I miss you.
Also I spent most of the whole week working on glamour photography shoots with really hot local models.
