Ok a few things before I go on my trip tonight…
I made a slight change to the erotic hypnosis mp3 titled “Freefalling” — all I did was add a slight reverb to the whole recording but nothing else has been edited. If you already purchased this recording, you can use the same username and password to re-download the new zip file/mp3 file. If you no longer have the username and password, simply contact me on Niteflirt (not my isabella@isabellavalentine.com address) and I’ll resend it to you. It doesn’t really matter if you have this new version or the old version since they are exactly the same except for a reverb effect. Please be patient with me getting back to you if you respond after 12 hours from now, because I’ll either be on a plane, traveling on the road, or am sleeping in a hotel room.
Hmmm let’s see. All my laundry is done but I still haven’t packed yet. I have no idea what to wear. Gah. To me, packing a satchel or a suitcase full of clothes is as difficult as coming up with the first 5 lines of a fetish recording. I have a LOT of clothes. And I like them all. But how do I decide what I’ll want to wear in a city I’ve never been to and have no idea what I’ll be doing except real estate hunting? If I dress boring and comfortably, what if I meet someone super cool and I look like terrible? But if I dress up and look sexy, what’s the point if I’m not there to impress anyone? Kind of like: should I bring my makeup or not? I mean… it IS a new state for me. I don’t even know anyone there. Why bother bringing makeup or trying to impress people? But then again… if I plan on living there, perhaps first impressions are important. I hate packing.
I’ve spent the last few hours burning songs on cds to listen to on the plane. That’s my favorite part about traveling: listening to music on the walkman. Something about flying in the air with a headset on, where every word, phrase, and instrument comes alive. Now I have 5 cds of music to listen to, ranging from classical symphonies to alternative metal to trippy drug music to chick singing to movie soundtracks. All my stuff is charging. Batteries for my camera charging. Laptop charging. Cell phone charging. Portable dvd player charging. Video camera charging. I feel like I’m going on an exploration of some sort, and technically I am. But what can I say? I want to make sure I choose the right place!
I’ll give away 2 cds at the airport with some erotic hypnosis recordings. One time I sat next to a guy on an airplane who had a horrible fear of flying and he was a nervous wreck all throughout the flight. We struck up a conversation and he asked what cd I had in my walkman. I told him it was an erotic hypnosis cd in which he replied, “What in God’s name is that?” Instead of explaining it to him, I told him to hear it for himself. He looked at me funny but he said he had nothing to lose. Needless to say, I let him listen to the mp3 recording from the beginning. He relaxed and totally got into it. I think he listened to Mind Massage or Mindless Zombie (one of my early ones) but I can’t remember. Anyway, he had the tray down on his lap, so I don’t know if he got an erection or not… but when it ended, he woke up and said, “Jesus Christ! That is fucking awesome.” — Ever since then, I make a special effort to give one or two cds away to people at random, whether they have trouble on airplanes or if they’re lonely travelers who might get horny in their hotel rooms. I pick people at random and have a very careful method of giving it to them. I don’t just pass it out (that would just make me a horrible solicitor person).
I write the words “This is the sexiest thing you will ever hear” on the cd cover and usually go to an airport lounge and have a drink. Usually someone will sit next to me and either buy me a drink or at least strike up a conversation, in which they say, “What is that cd?” and before you know it, they’re taking it home with them. Call it manipulation, but it works.
It’s truly mind boggling where some of my callers come from - people who have stumbled on my business cards in construction site port-a-potties (thanks to slave ben for doing that for me), people who found out about me at a truckstop (how in the world? I am still figuring that one out), airports (lounges baby, lots of clients), concerts (follow the weed), conventions (lots of my clients claim to have met me before in L.A. at Erotica L.A. or GlamourCon or DomCon but I hardly remember anyone from those places), hotels (2am in the lounge always brings the travelers — which is what inspired me to do “Hypnosis Hotel Fantasy”), and of course… Vegas casinos (the RockyCon convention last year in the Frontier casino brought me lots of new clients but I think part of it was because I performed a fake orgasm on stage.)
Ok I better get packing and stuff. I’ll bring my laptop with me and assuming I get free internet access from the hotel, I’ll try my best to reply to emails according to priority. Please, if possible, write me at Niteflirt instead of my regular email address. I check those quicker.
There are 3 new free videos (2 of Scar, 1 of Submmercials) and one new erotic hypnosis recording “Freefalling” so there’s a little something to keep you guys busy till I get back. If I get decent cell phone reception from my hotel room, I’ll log in for a few calls and try to be available. If not, I’ll just stay up and watch hotel porn or something.
I’ll be back Saturday night!

Enjoy this truly DEEP recording that will send chills, shivers, and goose bumps down your body!
It is highly recommended you be in a horizontal position (lying in bed or on a sofa) during this session for a more effective experience. This involves binaural audio, so please have 2 or more working speakers.
Fetishes include: Loss of control, freefalling, feeling of going up and down, hands on your body, triggers, orgasm command, aroused women whispering, elevator hypnosis, eroticism, deep bottomless pit, and lack of power over the situation.

Phone Sex vs. Erotic Hypnosis
In order to gain respect among my clients and fellow competitors, I decided to earn hypnotherapy credentials. After studying fervently and performing thousands of erotic hypnosis phone sessions, I passed oral and written hypnosis exams at American Pacific University. I earned a certification in hypnotherapy qualifying me as a certified clinical hypnotherapist recognized by the Association of Integrative Psychology. Today, my hypnosis phone services are available to clients internationally through Ingenio, a pay-per-call company. Ingenio is a reputable company and is on the Red Herring 100 List. RedHerring.com said, “The company earned more than $80 million in revenue in 2005.” (RedHerring.com, 2006, Cohn). My client base extends in the thousands. Radio stations around the globe interview me regarding erotic hypnosis. Two of the latest radio stations who interviewed me on the air were 5FM in South Africa on the Gareth Cliff Show and also The Bulldog & The Rude Awakening Show on WOCM 98.1FM in Maryland. Moreover, several magazines, publications, and wire news services publish articles on my experiences in the field, including Bizarre Magazine, a fetish magazine in the United Kingdom. More recently, my hypnosis mp3 recordings have been reviewed by hypno enthusiast Maurice Williams of Inraptured.com, a femdom hypnosis resource site.
I will do my best to quote other hypnotherapists, authors, and other relevant information. Although hypnosis has been around for thousands of years, the label of erotic hypnosis (as a contemporary fetish) is very new. So new, that I have been unable to locate an actual timeframe of when, where, or why the phrase was coined. There are no current legal definitions of the phrase erotic hypnosis, which will be further discussed within the paper. Very little information is available regarding erotic hypnosis other than the people who perform it themselves. As a certified hypnotist and popular phone sex operator, almost all of the topics in this paper are common knowledge to me. I have performed over 10,000 paid phone sex sessions and approximately 6,000 erotic hypnosis sessions in my career as a fantasy audio artist and hypnodomme. I feel that with this extensive experience, this qualifies me to speak as an expert in the field of erotic hypnosis as well as phone sex.
Phone Sex vs. Erotic Hypnosis
Phone sex and erotic hypnosis are popular ways to explore one’s sexual fantasies and interests. Both are mostly experienced while talking on the telephone. Customers seeking a sexually satisfying experience through verbal communication may choose to talk to a professional in the field. They may choose to pay a nominal fee to enjoy such a session, hoping to achieve a climactic ejaculation. However, the two topics are very different and are often mistaken for the being the same thing. There are more differences than similarities between the two.
Similarities between erotic hypnosis and phone sex
People often confuse phone-induced erotic hypnosis with phone sex because both involve sexual conversations through telephone communication. The common similarities between commercialized phone sex and phone-induced erotic hypnosis are paying fees, experiencing sexual arousal, and talking privately from one’s own home. But the similarities stop there.
Milton H. Erickson says hypnosis is “a state of intensified attention and receptiveness to an idea or to a set of ideas” (Krasner, 2002, p.1).
Masud Ansari says hypnosis is “a particular altered state of selective hyper suggestibility brought about in an individual by the use of a combination of relaxation, fixation of attention and suggestion” (Krasner, 2002, p.1).
Kenneth S. Bowers defines hypnosis a little differently. He describes it as “an altered state within which suggestions have a peculiarly potent effect (Krasner, 2002, p.2).
Andrew Salter believes that hypnosis is “nothing but an aspect of conditioning” (Krasner, 2002, p.2).
Needless to say, there are many definitions of hypnosis by experts and most of them are right. However, hypnosis performed erotically is different than regular hypnotherapy. In hypnotherapy, the objective is to help condition one’s attitude or behavior to the client’s desired goal. In erotic hypnosis, one of the main objectives is to arouse the client (the subject) to have an ejaculation. This is not always a conditioned goal. Sometimes the subject doesn’t want an ejaculation at all. An example of this would be a quadriplegic patient who calls and is physically unable to masturbate or ejaculate. Some men only call because they desire companionship, want sexual advice from a woman, or want to confess a fantasy they’ve kept secret for years and want to speak to someone anonymously, without fear of sounding foolish. All subjects vary. Subjects enjoy experiencing erotic hypnosis because their minds are stimulated. That is the main focus. Hypnotists can perform erotic hypnosis face-to-face with a client, on video, on digital recordings, through text, and even through visualizations. The most popular form of erotic hypnosis today is performed over the telephone.
Erotic hypnosis is generally performed with an experienced female hypnotist (although there are qualified men as well) and a willing client, also known as the subject. The client is generally male, however, women enjoy erotic hypnosis too. The call is designed to soothe the subject’s mind with a long, relaxing meditation-style induction. The subject’s mind is in a deep state of relaxation, which helps his (assuming the subject is male) imagination become more vivid. During or after the induction, the hypnodomme may choose to create a visual journey that is designed to arouse him. His imagination may begin to feel more alive, bringing a sense of authenticity to his sexual fantasy.
Phone Sex: The Background
“Phone sex is not a new phenomenon. Personal phone sex conversations took place shortly after Alexander Graham Bell invented the telephone in 1876. In the 1950s, women sex workers were among the first to purchase new, expensive answering machines, helping to popularize the latest advance in communications technology” (Planned Parenthood website, 2005).
People discovered, through phone sex, they could fulfill their sexual fantasies in the privacy in their own homes without fear of committing physical adultery. Verbal communication relieved their sexual tension through the stimulation of their imaginations.
Commercialized phone sex involves two or more people on the telephone participating in a custom ad-lib sexual fantasy designed to please the paying customer. Most phone sex lines, such as Niteflirt.com and TalkSugar.com, cater to male customers because the demand is high, phone traffic is at its peak, and prices are competitive. FreePhoneSex.com sometimes has specials where callers receive 15 minutes for one dollar. ExplicitPhoneSex.com charge only 29 cents a minute. However, some girls on Niteflirt.com charge up to $49.99 per minute for calls. Prices range from from low to high. Most seem to range from 69 cents a minute to $4.99 a minute on the internet and in recent adult magazines. When a man calls a female phone sex line one-on-one, usually he will masturbate while listening to a woman catering to his specific fantasy. Most of the time, the call ends with an orgasm(s) of one or both participants. Phone sex operators are often referred to as phone girls, sexual advisors, and phone actresses.
Erotic Hypnosis: The Background
Erotic hypnosis, a topic not yet legally defined, is one of the most intriguing, desirable, and fascinating types of fetishes out there today. However, it is often misunderstood. Erotic hypnosis is also referred to as hypnofetishism, erotic mind control, sexual hypnosis, and sometimes brain enslavement. Female hypnotists specializing in erotic hypnosis are sometimes referred to as hypnodommes. According to The Urban Dictionary, an online slang dictionary, defines a hypnodomme as, “A Dominant Woman who uses hypnosis and mind control to get what She wants from a submissive” (UrbanDictionary.com, Section H, term 1.).
According to Michael Streeter, author of Hypnosis: Secrets of the Mind, “The idea of hypnosis itself has been around for thousands of years going back as far as 3000 B.C.E. when the father of Chinese medicine, Wong Tai, wrote about healing techniques that involved using words to help cure people” (Streeter, 2004, p. 10).
Hypnosis as an erotic fetish is a relatively new concept, which has led to an outbreak of curious fascination. Due to the time constraints of this paper, only erotic hypnosis as it relates to phone sex will be discussed. People that know little about erotic hypnosis tend to be skeptical of the fetish, unsure of its ability to even “work” on them.
Many people have unrealistic expectations of hypnosis, partly because they see people quacking like ducks on televised stage hypnosis shows. Those stage hypnosis shows were designed to entertain crowds. However, erotic hypnosis was designed to arouse and excite a person one-on-one without putting on a public show. People who know the capabilities and limitations of hypnosis tend to experience the best results. There are any myths and misunderstandings about hypnosis and its capabilities that many people are skeptical without knowing what it means.
A typical phone sex conversation
Phone sex operators often refer to themselves as “phone girls” or “phone actresses” to be politically correct. When a caller and a phone girl have a typical phone sex session, the call tends to be very interactive. They speak to each other; they role-play, they ask questions, talk, moan, respond, ad-lib off each other, and maintain an ongoing erotic conversation. One or both participants may choose to masturbate while including descriptive words to describe their activities. These words tend to be sexually explicit, designed to arouse their listening partner. Usually the phone actress will verbalize an orgasm, whether real or fake, which will help stimulate the caller on the other end to have his orgasm as well (see attachment A). Sometimes no one has an orgasm (see attachment B). Some men pay by the minute but have no desire to be aroused. In cases like that, the client may have fantasies that involve humiliation, degradation, or just wants a non-sexual personal phone conversation. There are men who simply want to brag about their academic or work-related accomplishments and just want someone willing to listen.
Phone sex operators hear a large number of conversations with topics ranging from marital troubles to strip club confessions. When a caller speaks to a professional phone sex operator, he fulfills his need, whether it is a sexual or an emotional release. Phone sex can be better than therapy because callers tell operators things they often won’t tell their own therapists. With phone sex, callers do not have to be in the same room with the other person to disclose their intimate secrets. Without even realizing it, most phone girls offer amateur sexual counseling by giving their own advice and opinions on how their callers should improve their sex lives.
A typical erotic hypnosis session
First, the hypnodomme (assuming the hypnotist is a woman) may begin with a small interview with her paying client. The client is often referred to as the “subject” and is most often a man (although women are also good subjects). The hypnodomme may ask the subject what he wishes to accomplish during the session. Perhaps he wants to experience an orgasm in a female body, experience sex with ten women at once, or perhaps he wants to relive a sexual experience with a previous partner. Then, after discussing the goal of the call, the hypnotist will instruct the subject what to do. She may instruct the client will lie back in bed or on a sofa and close his eyes. Then she may begin to vocally guide him into a hypnotic trance through a relaxation induction (see Attachment C).
An induction is generally a relaxing meditation and techniques vary with each hypnotist. Some hypnotists use Krasner’s method of meditation. Due to space constraints of this paper, more information on Krasner’s meditation methods can be found by signing up for a seminar workshop at www.Ampac.edu owned by American Pacific University, which educates hypnotists around the world.
While being hypnotized, the subject is only supposed to masturbate if the hypnotist instructs him to do so. The hypnotist, if trained and qualified, will be able to listen to his breathing pattern to tell how far down in a trance the subject has become. When a caller and a hypnotist have a typical erotic hypnosis session, the call tends to be less verbally interactive. He usually listens without saying a word. However, not all subjects stay silent. Some hypnosis sessions may become verbal and may turn into an interactive conversation.
“If you speak at all, it will be in a monotone, almost robotlike response, in slow motion. Most people, though, prefer not to speak. Talking breaks their perfect state of rest and seems like too much effort” (Temes, 2004, p.21).
The hypnodomme may ask the subject a question and receive an answer in return and the subject is still very much in a deep, hypnotic trance. The hypnotist may take the subject in and out of trance, deepening and awakening, then repeating the process. The hypnotist may spend several minutes guiding the subject with a breathing exercise or similar relaxation technique. The hypnotist on the phone may include trigger words, which are designed to get immediate responses from the subject. An example of such a trigger word would be saying the word “obey” to the subject, suggesting he feel temporarily paralyzed from his waist down. Trigger words allow the hypnotist choose the direction of the call. The hypnotist may tell the subject that he has no control and must obey her commands, instructing him to masturbate in a specific way that feels better than he ever imagined. Thus, the subject’s begins to feel aroused, both mentally and physically. After his mind is stimulated, the hypnodomme will begin to focus on arousing the subject’s body through verbal commands and suggestions. When the subject has become physically stimulated and aroused, the hypnodomme may instruct him to orgasm with a trigger word(s). If he had a successful session, he would have instinctively responded to the trigger word by ejaculating on command. And lastly, shortly after his discharge, the hypnotist will guide him out of his trance and awaken him to a state of full consciousness and alertness.
Post-hypnotic suggestions
The hypnodomme may choose to use post-hypnotic suggestions that allow the subject to still feel erotic sensations or obey commands long after the call has ended. Post-hypnotic suggestions can last hours, days, weeks, even months. One example of a post-hypnotic suggestion would be: the subject hears the sound of dripping water and immediately feels shockwaves of sexual pleasure. Almost every single session will have some sort of post-hypnotic suggestion, usually by the customer’s request during the initial interview (interview mentioned earlier). The more sessions a person has with a hypnotist, the longer the suggestions will last. Some post-hypnotic suggestions can last years with repeat sessions.
Maurice Kouguell, Ph.D., at Brookside Center for Counseling and Hypnotherapy says there are lots of possible dangers and complications of hypnosis (see attachment C for possible side effects).
The energy of a phone sex call
When people have commercialized phone sex, phone girls and their clients may discuss the sexually explicit role-plays or fetishes desired which adds energy and enthusiasm. In phone sex calls, it is typical to have conversations with loud orgasms, intense role-playing, and thunderous fantasies. The goal of phone sex is to stimulate the listening participant’s physical body, hoping to achieve sexual gratification through orgasm.
The energy of an erotic hypnosis session
In a typical erotic hypnosis call, the client tends to be passive, submissive, and obedient to the hypnotist. The energy is lethargic, dreamy, and serene. One of the reasons hypnosis is so popular is because it allows the subject to give up control. The act of giving up control can be far more erotic than sex itself. Many clients call for hypnosis and say, “I just want to lose control.” They leave the rest in the hypnotist’s hands. It is the subject’s way of giving the hypnodomme creative freedom to take the call in the direction she desires. Subjects sometimes enjoy the element of surprise, which is why they don’t give many requests at the beginning of the session. He may wish the session to be a complete surprise so he doesn’t have any expectations of the fantasy, induction, or triggers to be used. He may want to experience submission and obedience. He may simply want his power and control stripped away.
Ironically, although the subject wants to lose control, he has complete control the entire time. During a hypnosis session, the client is fully aware of everything going on around him and cannot be made to do something against his will.
Hypnosis is not brainwashing.
Hypnosis is not brainwashing. Brainwashing requires sleep-deprivation, diet-control, social and physical deprivation, and reconditioning of a person’s behaviors.
Hypnosis is not psychotherapy
Hypnosis is not psychotherapy. “Hypnosis is a technique, not a therapy. Hypnotherapy is psychotherapy that uses hypnosis as part of its treatment in an effort to uncover events from your past that may be influencing your present thoughts. Hypnosis is not hypnotherapy” (Temes, 2004, p.5).
Hypnosis cannot be forced on someone
Hypnosis cannot be forced on someone. Hypnosis can only be performed on a willing participant. When people watch televised stage shows, all the subjects are willful, volunteering participants. If subjects do not want to do things the hypnotist instructs, they have full power of their minds to disregard any undesired suggestions.
Somerset Hypnotherapy states on their website, “Hypnosis will enable you to enter into a deep state of relaxation and comfort in which you will become even more aware of your self and what you are doing. You will always remain in control… Your subconscious mind will always be looking after your best interests. If a suggestion was made that was not in your interest it would be rejected and you would very likely come out of hypnosis” (Somersethypnotherapy.com, 2006, FAQ).
When a subject requests a hypnosis session, he is voluntarily and freely opening up his mind to the idea of someone giving him suggestions. Whether or not he obeys and responds to the commands is completely up to him. There are no magic tricks involved. The subject is fully aware of his own surroundings, his own decisions, and if he decides to ignore the hypnotist’s commands, he is perfectly capable to do so at any time.
One of the common myths of hypnosis is that if people submit their minds to a hypnotist, then they will no longer have control of themselves and will be, in a sense, brainwashed. This couldn’t be further than the truth.
Hypnosis does not weaken the mind
Some people mistakenly think hypnosis weakens the mind. Dennis McClain-Furmanski of subgenius.com says, “The command SLEEP and OBEY weakens the mind’s ability to alert the viewer to the embedded command.” However, Masud Ansari disagrees.
Masud Ansari, author of the book Modern Hypnosis, wrote, “Some people think that constant hypnotic induction weakens the mind. On the contrary, hypnosis refreshes the mind and relieves tension. Millions of people have been hypnotized hundreds of times without the faintest sign of harm. There are also some other myths about hypnosis, such as being helpless to resist undesirable post-hypnotic suggestions. Before trance induction, in the pre-induction talk, the hypnotist has to remove all doubts and misconceptions about hypnosis. Establishing a good rapport with the subject and easing fear will help facilitate a successful hypnotic induction” (Ansari, 1991, p. 20-21).
Hypnosis is not meditation
Hypnosis is not meditation. “In hypnosis you get to the meditative state and then go ahead and do some work on yourself by changing a thought, idea, or behavior. In meditation you simply stay in that meditative state” (Temes, 2004, p.5).
HypnosisChicago.com says, “Hypnosis has been called mediation with a goal. Mediation is a quieting of the mind, and is in itself very relaxing and beneficial. However, there is no goal, visualizations or positive imagery. With hypnosis, we quiet the mind and relax the body, then add mental imagery, positive suggestion, and other techniques such as NLP or Parts Therapy. There is always a goal in hypnosis” (HypnosisChicago.com, 2006, FAQ).
Hypnosis is not relaxation
Hypnosis is not relaxation. “Contrary to popular belief, it is not necessary for you to be relaxed during hypnosis… It’s easier for the hypnotist if you’re calm, but hypnosis can be accomplished quite successfully while you’re tense, upset, or unhappy” (Temes, 2004, p.6).
Hypnosis is not sleep
Hypnosis is not sleep. “During sleep you drift off, whereas during hypnosis you are alert and interested in the mental adventure you are having. Hypnosis may look like sleep because you might be asked to concentrate on an image in your mind and it is easier to do that if you close your eyes. But, even though your eyes are closed and you are sitting motionless on the chair, you are extremely alert – the opposite of sleep” (Temes, 2004, p.6)!
Hypnosis does not put you into an eternal coma
Hypnosis does not put you into an eternal coma. You will wake up. Some people fear if they become hypnotized, then they will stay forever hypnotized and have no control of their minds. “De-hypnosis or the awakening of the subject is usually one of the simplest parts of hypnosis. The awakening of the subject can be performed by simply suggesting to him that he is to open his eyes and be wide awake… De-hypnotization may be compared with awakening from a natural sleep… If a subject is left to himself without being de-hypnotized, he will usually wake up on his own accord after at most a few hours. No one has ever stayed in hypnosis for a long period of time” (Ansari, 1991, p. 158-159).
Other common myths of hypnosis
Due to space limitations of this paper, please see Attachment H for other common myths in addition to the ones listed above.
“Going Under”
Everyone experiences hypnosis differently. Some people are very susceptible to commands and respond easily to suggestions. However, some people have a challenging time going into a hypnotic trance. The hypnotic trance often feels like a peaceful daydream-like state, which is often referred to as “going under.” A person having difficulty “going under” during in a hypnosis session may not be relaxed enough, while others are too apprehensive to go into trance. Perhaps the subject is over-analyzing the situation, is concentrating too hard on the given instructions, is too wound up, or simply doesn’t want to be hypnotized. Hypnotists that have good rapport with their subjects tend to have more effective sessions. A hypnodomme that explains the hypnosis process before beginning a session tends to help ease the fear and doubt of the client. When a client trusts the hypnotist, he becomes more comfortable with following instructions.
In the Handbook of Hypnotic Suggestions and Metaphors, author D. Corydon Hammond, Ph.D. wrote, “Establishing a relationship with the patient must always be considered the first and most vitally important prerequisite for suggestions to be effective. Relating to the patient in a warm, understanding, caring and respectful manner reduces defensiveness and creates the trusting kind of climate that is necessary for hypnosis to be maximally effective” (Hammond, 1990, p. 11).
Hypnosis involves the act of following instructions. The hypnodomme gives an instruction and the subject obeys – that is, essentially, hypnosis. An example of such an instruction would be, “Close your eyes and listen to my voice.” If the subject chooses to disregard the order, then he is maintaining his own control by defying the hypnotist. By doing so, he is essentially disregarding the hypnosis and refusing to be hypnotized, which is why he may have difficulty going into a trance. Unless a subject is willing and able to follow instructions, then chances are, he cannot be hypnotized.
John G. Kappas’s book, Professional Hypnotism Manual, states, “When you enter the state of self-hypnosis, do not be discouraged when you do not experience ringing bells, flashes of lightning, or feelings of dropping into a bottomless pit. Nothing that occurs is in any way comparable to these dramatic, romantic notions. In most cases, the self-induced hypnotic state is at first hardly, if at all, recognizable. While in the state, you will hear everything around you but will feel as if you are in a daydreaming state of relaxation. You may find that your mind wanders, and you may feel numbness or tingling sensations in your fingers and toes, or dissociation in part or all of your body. These feelings are natural…” ( Kappas, 2001, p.234).
Who can be hypnotized?
Many people claim they cannot be hypnotized, but they can be hypnotized every day without even realizing it. People can be hypnotized while watching television, driving on long road trips, painting a picture, sitting in a classroom, daydreaming by the window, or even sitting on a bus. Hypnosis is simply a state of mind where the person is relaxed and has opened one’s conscious and subconscious mind.
That being said, the client becomes more open and susceptible to new thoughts and ideas. When a person becomes hypnotized, their minds become supersensitive of their surroundings. This allows them to use their imaginations more vividly.
R. Lauer, owner of HypnosisChicago.com, states in the FAQ section, “I have seen many people who have been told by other professionals that they couldn’t be hypnotized. This proved to be untrue once I worked with them. Most people can be hypnotized” (HypnosisChicago.com, 2006, FAQ).
Peter Masters wrote in his book, Look into My Eyes, “The scientific literature regarding hypnosis indicates that about 10% of the population is deeply hypnotizable, 10% of the population is not hypnotizable at all, and the remaining 80% is hypnotizable somewhere in between. Most of the research has been on university students who have to volunteer for a certain number of experiments to pass their psychology degrees, so the results probably aren’t representative of actually everybody” (Masters, 2001, p.11).
Erotic Hypnosis: Using the Imagination
During an erotic hypnosis session over the telephone, the hypnotist may tell the client, “You are now on a beautiful street in Paris. You can see beautiful woman walking on stone sidewalks eating fresh butter croissants from the bakery, which makes your mouth water. You’ve been walking for hours. You are now exhausted and want to sit down on the nearest bench. If you listen closely, you will hear the sound of the ladies whispering.” Assuming the subject is in a heightened state of awareness or in a hypnotic trance, he will be able to picture this in his mind. It becomes more than just using his imagination. He will be able to use all 5 of his senses: smelling the bread, seeing the women, feeling physically exhausted, tasting the saliva in his mouth, and hearing whispering voices.
Phone Sex: Using the Imagination
When people engage in typical phone sex conversations, the client only hears what he wants to hear. The phone sex operator may say something like, “I’m touching myself and it feels so good. I love hearing you get off! You are so hot!” This is heard on a conscious, alert state of arousal. Phone sex is usually a two-sided conversation that involves sexual descriptions intended to arouse their partners. Unlike erotic hypnosis, most phone girls do not rely on subliminal messages to arouse their clients.
The length of the phone call
Phone sex calls are generally shorter than erotic hypnosis calls. Some phone sex calls may only last one or two minutes while some may last over an hour. However, it is typical for hypnosis calls to extend over a long period of time, sometimes for several hours. Many people can achieve a successful satisfying experience with erotic hypnosis in approximately 30-60 minutes. It is common for the client to set aside a generous amount of time for a hypnosis session.
HypnosisChicago.com states that hypnosis sessions vary with person to person, specifically, “The first session usually lasts from one hour to an hour and a half, depending upon several factors. Subsequent sessions last one hour. Sometimes more time is required and sometimes less. The average time you’ll spend in hypnosis ranges from 30 to 40 minutes” (HypnosisChicago.com. 2006, FAQ).
Most hypnosis sessions have long-lasting effects that outlive the call itself and can last weeks, sometimes months if the session was particularly effective. Ultimately, the more time that is spent inducing a subject, the more successful the experience can be. Contributing factors vary from person to person. HypnosisChicago.com says, “The results you’ll experience depend upon many factors, including your readiness to change, what kind of rapport you have with your hypnotherapist, what inductions and techniques are used, and how good of a subject you are. Also, how regularly you do your own self-hypnosis also directly impacts the results” (HypnosisChicago.com, 2006, FAQ).
Repetition is vital for an effective erotic hypnosis session. The more sessions a client has, the easier it will be for them to “go under” because of previous experience. However, with phone sex, customers can have orgasms without having to relax their minds.
Other than tantric sex (see attachment E), orgasms achieved through erotic hypnosis are arguably the best orgasms a person can have. With erotic hypnosis, a customer can be so relaxed that his heightened imagination allows his fantasies to be more realistic. Assuming the subject is a male (although there are also female subjects), he may visualize and feel things that are usually very difficult to experience unless he is in that suggestible state of mind.
Phone sex is more widely known and accepted than erotic hypnosis. People may call for phone sex out of curiosity or horniness and never call again. However once a caller experiences erotic hypnosis for the first time, he will usually come back for more and become a repeat caller.
Setting the Pace
Many people love phone sex because it can be a quick and easy way to enjoy an orgasm. Phone sex tends to be very fast-paced, rushed, and usually has a progressive eagerness to it. If the client has an orgasm quickly, he may feel satisfied that she provided him expedient service without wasting his time. The phone girl then hangs up and awaits her next call. Phone sex calls tend to be short in length, but spoken energetically. Although phone sex involves speedy delivery of sexual services, erotic hypnosis slows down the pace to heighten the sexual experience. In erotic hypnosis, the conversation becomes very slow, silences and pauses are inserted, and specific phrases are carefully worded.
Hypnosis tends to be more mentally draining than phone sex due to many unsuspecting factors. Hypnotists speak slowly and carefully, wording specific phrases to get a desired response. They also have to pay close attention to their voice, making sure it fluctuates appropriately, while maintaining the client’s focus. Because hypnotists understand how hypnosis works most effectively, they are far more susceptible to hypnosis than most people realize. Many find themselves accidentally hypnotized during a session, getting tired alongside their subjects. Performing multiple sessions sequentially can be mentally exhausting.
Experiencing a Hypnotic Trance
When a man is in a hypnotic trance, he may feel like he is in isolation where everything around him becomes oblivious. His focus will be solely on the hypnotist’s voice. When he is deeply hypnotized, he is likely to block out any outside distractions, such as a barking dog or outside traffic, allowing him to concentrate only on the hypnotist’s voice. Everyone responds differently to hypnosis. Some people will feel they were not hypnotized at all. Some will feel groggy or sleepy, while others will wonder what just happened. Some people will feel like they’ve just awoken from a deep massage on a relaxation table.
George Gafner & Sonja Benson, authors of Handbook of Hypnotic Inductions, wrote, “Some effective hypnotherapists always speak in a low, boring monotone with little modulation. Others begin with their hypnotic patter in a conversational voice and ever so gradually lower the volume and slow the tempo until they have reached their hypnotic voice. Others modulate their voice at different times during the induction or therapy portion, perhaps slowing down or lowering the volume to emphasize key suggestions” (Gafner & Benson, 2000, p.11).
Erotic hypnosis sessions tend to be one-sided dialogues with the hypnotist speaking directly to the subject. The intension is to relax his mind, which may in turn, feel sexual. Contrary to phone sex, the sole intent is not simply to arouse his genitals. Erotic hypnosis relaxes the mind first then stimulates body.
Erotic hypnosis allows the client to go deep into their imaginations to see more vividly, to obey suggestions more easily, to become more submissive, and allow themselves the illusion of losing control.
Phone sex and erotic hypnosis collide
Phone sex and erotic hypnosis can both be addictive. Both can be very expensive (see attachments F and G). Both can be enjoyed over the telephone. Both have millions of avid fans. Both professions involve skilled workers with incredible knowledge of the sex field in fetishes, fantasies, and sexual understanding. Many phone actresses can become great phone sex operators without any related experience in the field and are naturally good at what they do. However hypnotists who want to perform an effective erotic hypnosis session must have some sort of training, knowledge, experience, research, or some sort of scope of the topic of hypnosis.
Hypnotists that don’t have training or knowledge of hypnotherapy may be more sexually entertaining than therapeutically effective. There are clients that may enjoy an entertaining experience more than an effective one. That is where phone sex and erotic hypnosis can cross lines and have a gray area. Many untrained hypnotists simply invent an entertaining session, without knowledge of important techniques, hoping to satisfy caller’s hypno fetish. Sometimes it does. However, trained hypnotists are usually knowledgeable of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), which are carefully worded phrases to guide the mind into a desired stage. If the hypnotist is familiar with NLP, the results can be far more effective and, ultimately, more arousing.
Conclusion
Phone sex and erotic hypnosis are wonderful ways to experience orgasms in the privacy of one’s own home. Physical and mental relief through sexual satisfaction can be achieved in both types of sessions. The brain is arguably the most sexual part of the human body, which is why phone sex and erotic hypnosis are so arousing.
Phone sex is popular for its enthusiasm, sexual and emotional relief, and playful interactions. Erotic hypnosis is popular for its relaxation techniques, power exchanges, and instructive commands. Human minds have the power to create clear, mental pictures through impressive verbal descriptions, which is why phone sex and erotic hypnosis are so widespread today.

I updated my photography website today and added three models: Scar, Hell-Kitten, and Chole Cre’ture to the front page and added a few photos to the collages.
In the next 6 weeks or less, I hope to have the site finished and will have hundreds of photos available. It will be membership based with a small fee. However, for people who have purchased recordings from me (I haven’t decided how I should go about doing that or if I should only give them to people who have purchased 3 or more recordings so it makes them feel a little more deserving) they’ll get it free. I will give regulars (who buy my mp3s) a free membership to see all the photos without paying for them. Sort of like my way of giving back to those who have bought so many things from me.
Never say I don’t do anything nice. *smiles*
Here is a new preview of the front page of PhotographyByIsabella.com:

Last night I did a photoshoot with Scar which turned out pretty hot! Special thanks to Jasmine Drew who helped assisting me and for also videotaping the shoot from different angles. I’ll make two movie clips with them eventually once I get caught up on previous stuff I have to finish. Scar was SUCH a pleasure to work with and she works the camera so well. I was incredibly impressed with how creative and flexible she was with the ideas I had.
The first photos were done with red lighting and were a different style for me. They are really different than most photos I shoot, so it was experimental more than anything. The photos with red tint are NOT TOUCHED UP - that’s the lighting and those are the original photos. The photos with the white backgrounds are slightly touched up, but not the red ones.

For the last several weeks, I’ve researched real estate in Chicago, Seattle, Milwaukee, Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego (where I am now), NYC, and Boston (I used to live in that area). I have my heart set on two places. Chicago and Niagara Falls.
If I choose Chicago, Illinois:
Positive things: High rise condo, beautiful skyline view that I’ve craved since I was a little girl, cool people similar to me, impressive gay/lesbian population, fabulous culture, lots of concerts and clubs and nitelife, very urban - which I like. Great big city, very well known. I won’t get bored. Lots of cool places to visit and have fun. People speak highly of Chicago. Great colleges. Near the lakes. In the city. Have my own doorman and security. Can get drunk at bars and take cab home cheaply. Lots of nearby entertainment. Can bring lovers home easily without commute. Condos are going up in value. Most of my phone-sex/hypnosis clients live in Chicago, so this makes calling me more personable because I’m local. I have a friend there so at least I’ll have someone I know there. I have family I’ve never met before who owns an Italian restaurant (with our last name) in Chicago. Would finally meet them! Jerry Springs and Oprah are in Chicago - that’s cool. Celebrities come to Chicago a lot.
The negative things: Expensive rates (for the size and place I want), outrageous homeowner fees ($700 a month just for fee not rent), can’t move or bring big packages on weekends which sucks cause I shop a LOT, have to give advance notice if I do construction or make changes (I’m impulsive!), fear of fire being trapped at the top (Chicago has had fatalities in chicago fires over the past few years), can’t invite slaves and do real time domination w/o fear of homeowners association finding out. Expensive deeded parking (approx $30k just to park), not good for visitors in my home. Freezing cold. My cat will never be able to run freely outside. No room for expansion. Public pool. Can be noisy with street noise. Not very discreet. Elevator germs. People germs everywhere. Rules rules rules - lots of condo rules. I hate the way people drive in Chicago. They’re crazy, fast, and don’t use their blinkers.
If I choose Niagara Falls, New York:
Positive things: Big, gorgeous house, my money is worth a lot there and I’d be considered very wealthy, can afford a 3-story Tudor Mansion castle (I have my eye on one in particular), will have a yard and garage (easy parking), can invite as many visitors as I want, can get as loud as I want, and can do real time domination. I love the area, the houses, the architecture. I love the Niagara Falls waterfalls, excellent casinos and nitelife on the Canadian side - just miles from the Canadian border - I loooove Canada! I always loved Niagara Falls since I was a girl. Feels like I am on a permanent vacation when I am there. Can pay off home VERY quickly. Room for my cat to run outside. Lots of room for add-ons and additions. Perfect for if I ever decide to have a family of my own. Quiet neighborhood. House surrounded by pine trees and beautiful scenery which I like a lot! Private and secluded. Good for clients too. The castle has winding stairs that goes into coves - perfect for a dominatrix! Has 5 bedrooms - can do sooooo much with that (I’m thinking bondage themes!). Will be around snow! I looove snow especially at Christmas. Away from germy people. No rules. Do what I want. Can add a private pool and/or jacuzzi if I wish.
Negative things: Not very urban (more suburban), not particularly excited about the selection of colleges in Niagara Falls so would have to commute to Buffalo to continue my education, not very “in” the scene with BDSM and fetishes, limited gay/lesbian population (although Toronto is 80 miles away), few concerts or entertainment venues (will have to travel across border or to Buffalo), gets freezing cold, will have to drive/commute more to get things I want. Will cost more to hire cab if I get drunk at a club. Not a big client base there. I don’t know ANYONE there. Will have to start over from scratch. Celebrities in Chicago? I doubt it.
Waiting on…
A few days ago I signed a loan application for my first home, so I just have to wait the 30 days to see the outcome of it. My credit is very good so I shouldn’t have any trouble getting the money. But I still have to wait for the results from the application. I have no idea where I will choose to move. Perhaps I may find something else. But I’m not making any rash decisions yet. Just keeping you all up to date.
Anyway… that’s it!
