No they’re made of nylon.

Yes, I’ve tried but unfortunately my legs are still too big to fit in latex leggings. I went to a latex bdsm store in London just last month and tried on a pair of 2x leggings and although they fit, they were extremely painful and kept sliding down off my thighs. I still have quite a bit of weight left to lose before I can wear them comfortably.
