Due to weight loss, these sizes may change over time, but for now these are about right.

High heel size: 10.5 wide
Shoe size: 11.
Boot size: 11 however I have an 18 inch calf, so most boots won’t fit me unless you go to Torrid.com - please don’t buy leather. I prefer latex, “fake leather” (also called pleather), and pvc / vinyl.
Bra size: 44C or 42D. (My breasts used to be DD’s but I’ve lost most of my weight in my breasts)
Pant size: 18 wide (hey, this is good. I used to be size 28 last year)
Dress size: XL
Skirt size: 18/20 or XL
Blouse/shirt size: 18/20 or XL
Corset size: 52 or 54 depending on type of corset. If it’s button up, then 54. If it’s lace-up, then 52.
Pantyhose size: Q1 or Q2. Either one fits, but Q2 is slightly more comfortable.
Panties size: 9 (if buying from a major retail outlet), 18 (if buying from specialty lingerie store)
