My weight has been a topic of frustration for me since the day I became vegan and discontinued the Jenny Craig program. My intention was to be strictly vegan because, frankly, the idea of eating any animal products sickens me after I became educated with what happens during the pre-packaging process. For years, I had been in my own ignorant bliss and actually liked not knowing what happened to the animals. In my head, as long as I wasn’t educated about it, I wasn’t actually doing anything wrong by eating meat and dairy products. That was my story and I stuck to it. Well… until around December. That’s when I became vegan. Up until that point, I had lost a ridiculous amount of weight (100 pounds) with the help of hypnosis, Jenny Craig, and proper exercise. The problem for me then became… how can I lose the weight without Jenny Craig (who mostly offers meat in their lunches and dinners)? Sure, hypnosis can take people pretty damn far. I’m living proof. But Everyone knows you need the MIND + THE RIGHT FOOD + EXERCISE. I already have the mind + exercise down. It’s the “right food” that’s killing me.
I haven’t lost any pounds since September. In fact, I had plateaued for almost 6 months. Then in this month (April), I actually gained 15 pounds (and no, it wasn’t muscle). Can you believe it? I gained. And this was all while I was consciously watching my eating portions, went for semi-daily walks, and had lots of mind motivation. So instead of losing 100 pounds… it’s as if I’ve only lost 85 pounds.
This frustrated me, and lit a fire under my ass quicker than you can say, “cheese.”
After much self-conflict, I decided to try Nutri-System because they have a vegetarian program that I can follow. Becoming vegetarian, essentially, would mean eating dairy products again. A huge part of me does NOT want to do this (for my love of animals). But the other part of me is begging to do this (because I love myself). My love for myself won. Today, my Nutri-System food came in… enough for a full month. Today is my first day on the program. Officially I’m a vegetarian, not a vegan. Mark my words: once I get to my goal weight and am able to maintain it, I have every intention of becoming vegan again. I enjoyed that eating lifestyle very much and felt sooo good doing it.
So now that I’m on NS, I am confident that this will be the much-needed push to get me over the roller-coaster hump and push me downhill. I have about 115 pounds to lose. I’ll be sure to keep you all posted over time for those that have been following my weight reduction over the past year and a half. I can just *FEEL* that this program is going to catapult me right where I should be. This is the exact same feeling I got when I walked into Jenny Craig for the first time and just *knew* they could help. And they did. They helped save my life.

Darling Isabella, please read this several times. This phrase has the implication that what I suggest will definitely happen anyway, and all I really care about is when it happens. And if you are resisting me, your internal response may well be, “Oh yeah, who says I can’t lose weight quickly! I’ll show you!” Isnt’ that great? Don’t lose weight too quickly. Don’t enrich your blood chemistry with enzyme-rich fruits and lipotropics too quickly, just relax and listen to my slim body strategy designed for your perfection only.
Within the human species, body-brain chemical factors determine the individual body type of the person who body is overfat. Brain-body MetaModel isomorphs are Endomorph, with a visceraotonia chemical balance; Mesomorph, with a somatotonia chemical balance; and Ectomorph, with a cerebrotonia chemical balance.
Don’t think that you don’t need my advice. Don’t think that I may know MetaModel and isomorph typology and how to influence the blood chemistry of your body and brain with my Ayervedic magic, charm and charisma. Don’t think that I wonder how wonderful your pussy honey tastes when you are wonderfully slim and sexy.
You can change your strategy for weight loss succes and reshaping your body into a sexy MetaModel, can you not?
Don’t change your strategy for weight loss too quickly, Isabella my darling. Some people don’t like changing direction too fast, too soon, and would rather remain stuck in the middle of nothingness, believing being stuck is a sign of success. Don’t belive that you can lose weight more quickly by comprehending your body chemistry. Don’t believe that body-brain chemistry influences and creates your body type. Don’t believe that I am about to enlighten your concept of MetaModel. Don’t believe that you want my intervention because I am too sexy for your mind. Don’t ever, ever believe that you can be slender, slim, and svelte because your only strategy is starvation. Don’t believe that I may know something you haven’t yet experienced and could easily and safely guide you into an isomorphic transformation. Don’t believe that knowing your body-brain chemical composition will transform your body into that of a wonderfully sculpted, statuesque form. Don’t believe me when I tell you that an Ayurvedic strategy will transform your brain and body by bringing truth to you in a subtle and magical, soft breeze of satisfying sensations. If that would happen, then you would have a total body transformation.
A greater power could tell you that your blood chemistry determines the isomorph in which you live, but you might not want to know of it. A greater power could tell you that knowing the alchemical MetaModel for your earthly form would give you rapid weight loss results, but you might not care to know it. A greater power could show you that your ture goddess nature in physical form is svelte, sensuous and sexy, but you may fear what consequences having a svelts, sensuous, sexy body would mean for you. You may fear knowing the truth that would enrich your physical body with enzymes and amino acids instead of starving you down with irridiated, pre-packaged foods, but you may not want to have the sensory rich, enlivening experience of being a femdom persona like Ona Zee. A person may not know if she could really become that sexy.
As one who loves larger women, I think your pre-weight loss pics are amazingly hot. Of course you will always be gorgeous and enchanting at any size and I wish you the best of luck on reaching your goal.
