NLP Hypnosis MP3: Sissy Training

NLP Hypnosis MP3: Sissy Training

Have you ever wondered why you enjoy being a sissy? Or even better yet, have you ever been curious why you’re into feminization? This session is designed for sissies and pantyboys who have fantasies of dressing as beautiful women.

This mp3 isn’t an ordinary erotic hypnosis session, rather it focuses on NLP and spends time going deep into the core of where your sissy fetish originates. I’ve designed several carefully-worded questions to ask your subconscious mind to expand your boundaries and enlighten the way you feel about your secret fetishes.

This also trains you on the following: human hair wigs and appreciating long, soft hair, makeup application and wearing it right, feminine clothes, and how to become an even better sissy.

There is a right and a wrong way to be a sissy. Most people make all the wrong mistakes (like wearing cheap wigs and ugy makeup) and this session is designed to help you be the absolute BEST lesbian-sissy you can possibly be. This also includes masturbation and orgasm command.

Phone Sex vs. Erotic Hypnosis

Phone Sex vs. Erotic Hypnosis

Comparing and Contrasting Sex on the Telephone
©2006 This term paper was written, edited and researched by Isabella Valentine

Abstract
For decades, people have enjoyed phone sex to participate in sexual fantasy in a safe and private environment. Over time, hypnosis became integrated in phone sex to provide a greater level of stimulation. This combination of hypnosis and phone sex is referred to as erotic hypnosis and is often confused with traditional phone sex. Phone sex and erotic hypnosis have more differences than similarities, which are explained in detail. Callers experience different results, effectiveness, and experiences with both types of phone conversations. Several of the most common misconceptions about erotic hypnosis and phone sex are dispelled by researching certified hypnotist’s views and experiences within the field.
Introduction
I have been a professional phone sex operator and qualified hypnotist for several years, having performed almost ten thousand paid phone sessions in my career. When I first became a phone sex operator, I found an immediate interest in erotic hypnosis after someone said, “Your voice has a hypnotic ring to it.” After our conversation, I began to research everything regarding hypnosis and how I could possibly integrate it into phone sex. I loved the idea that people could be hypnotized to obey commands through trigger words. Movies and television shows featuring stage hypnotists always fascinated me because it seemed these people were able to control people’s thoughts and behaviors. I wanted to learn how to do what they did!

In order to gain respect among my clients and fellow competitors, I decided to earn hypnotherapy credentials. After studying fervently and performing thousands of erotic hypnosis phone sessions, I passed oral and written hypnosis exams at American Pacific University. I earned a certification in hypnotherapy qualifying me as a certified clinical hypnotherapist recognized by the Association of Integrative Psychology. Today, my hypnosis phone services are available to clients internationally through Ingenio, a pay-per-call company. Ingenio is a reputable company and is on the Red Herring 100 List. RedHerring.com said, “The company earned more than $80 million in revenue in 2005.” (RedHerring.com, 2006, Cohn). My client base extends in the thousands. Radio stations around the globe interview me regarding erotic hypnosis. Two of the latest radio stations who interviewed me on the air were 5FM in South Africa on the Gareth Cliff Show and also The Bulldog & The Rude Awakening Show on WOCM 98.1FM in Maryland. Moreover, several magazines, publications, and wire news services publish articles on my experiences in the field, including Bizarre Magazine, a fetish magazine in the United Kingdom. More recently, my hypnosis mp3 recordings have been reviewed by hypno enthusiast Maurice Williams of Inraptured.com, a femdom hypnosis resource site.

I will do my best to quote other hypnotherapists, authors, and other relevant information. Although hypnosis has been around for thousands of years, the label of erotic hypnosis (as a contemporary fetish) is very new. So new, that I have been unable to locate an actual timeframe of when, where, or why the phrase was coined. There are no current legal definitions of the phrase erotic hypnosis, which will be further discussed within the paper. Very little information is available regarding erotic hypnosis other than the people who perform it themselves. As a certified hypnotist and popular phone sex operator, almost all of the topics in this paper are common knowledge to me. I have performed over 10,000 paid phone sex sessions and approximately 6,000 erotic hypnosis sessions in my career as a fantasy audio artist and hypnodomme. I feel that with this extensive experience, this qualifies me to speak as an expert in the field of erotic hypnosis as well as phone sex.

Phone Sex vs. Erotic Hypnosis
Phone sex and erotic hypnosis are popular ways to explore one’s sexual fantasies and interests. Both are mostly experienced while talking on the telephone. Customers seeking a sexually satisfying experience through verbal communication may choose to talk to a professional in the field. They may choose to pay a nominal fee to enjoy such a session, hoping to achieve a climactic ejaculation. However, the two topics are very different and are often mistaken for the being the same thing. There are more differences than similarities between the two.

Similarities between erotic hypnosis and phone sex
People often confuse phone-induced erotic hypnosis with phone sex because both involve sexual conversations through telephone communication. The common similarities between commercialized phone sex and phone-induced erotic hypnosis are paying fees, experiencing sexual arousal, and talking privately from one’s own home. But the similarities stop there.

What is erotic hypnosis?

According to Roberta Temes, Ph.D., author of The Complete Idiot’s Guide of Hypnosis, “Researchers at the National Institutes of Health in Washington, D.C., are conducting studies to figure out how and why hypnosis works, and exactly what it is. There are many theories and, as in other areas of human research, some theories contradict others. No one really knows what hypnosis is. But we do know what it is not” (Temes, 2004, p.5).
The definition itself is debated by thousands of people, and almost every book out there will give a different meaning to the word. A.M. Krasner, author of the book, The Wizard Within, gathered multiple definitions of the word “hypnosis” and said the following, “What is hypnosis? Ask two hundred experts. I guarantee that you’ll get at least two hundred different answers… all of them correct, yet full of contradictions, “I don’t knows,” and ambiguities. That hypnotists exists is a point of consensus, as is the fact that something happens as a result of it. The definitions depart from there. The definitions that follow here are from varied sources, all authorities in the field. Some are researchers, some are writers and some are clinicians. You will see that the range of thinking on this single subject is varied and vast…” (Krasner, 2002, p.1).According to Soforia, “Briefly, hypnosis is a focused state of concentration in which the critical faculty is bypassed so that the subconscious is more receptive to suggestion. Hypnotism is the study or act of inducing hypnosis. Hypnotherapy is a treatment program using suggestion and reeducation of thought behavior towards the desired outcome of the client” (Soforia.com, Ms. Hypnotist, 2006.).The Alpha Hypnosis Center defines hypnosis as, “Hypnosis is a state of intensified concentration, where the critical factor of the mind (conscious mind) is bypassed and suggestions are more readily accepted. Hypnosis is achieved in deep, peaceful relaxation” (AlphaHypnosis.com, Novalis, 2006).

Milton H. Erickson says hypnosis is “a state of intensified attention and receptiveness to an idea or to a set of ideas” (Krasner, 2002, p.1).

Masud Ansari says hypnosis is “a particular altered state of selective hyper suggestibility brought about in an individual by the use of a combination of relaxation, fixation of attention and suggestion” (Krasner, 2002, p.1).

Kenneth S. Bowers defines hypnosis a little differently. He describes it as “an altered state within which suggestions have a peculiarly potent effect (Krasner, 2002, p.2).

Andrew Salter believes that hypnosis is “nothing but an aspect of conditioning” (Krasner, 2002, p.2).

Needless to say, there are many definitions of hypnosis by experts and most of them are right. However, hypnosis performed erotically is different than regular hypnotherapy. In hypnotherapy, the objective is to help condition one’s attitude or behavior to the client’s desired goal. In erotic hypnosis, one of the main objectives is to arouse the client (the subject) to have an ejaculation. This is not always a conditioned goal. Sometimes the subject doesn’t want an ejaculation at all. An example of this would be a quadriplegic patient who calls and is physically unable to masturbate or ejaculate. Some men only call because they desire companionship, want sexual advice from a woman, or want to confess a fantasy they’ve kept secret for years and want to speak to someone anonymously, without fear of sounding foolish. All subjects vary. Subjects enjoy experiencing erotic hypnosis because their minds are stimulated. That is the main focus. Hypnotists can perform erotic hypnosis face-to-face with a client, on video, on digital recordings, through text, and even through visualizations. The most popular form of erotic hypnosis today is performed over the telephone.

Erotic hypnosis is generally performed with an experienced female hypnotist (although there are qualified men as well) and a willing client, also known as the subject. The client is generally male, however, women enjoy erotic hypnosis too. The call is designed to soothe the subject’s mind with a long, relaxing meditation-style induction. The subject’s mind is in a deep state of relaxation, which helps his (assuming the subject is male) imagination become more vivid. During or after the induction, the hypnodomme may choose to create a visual journey that is designed to arouse him. His imagination may begin to feel more alive, bringing a sense of authenticity to his sexual fantasy.

Phone Sex: The Background

“Phone sex is not a new phenomenon. Personal phone sex conversations took place shortly after Alexander Graham Bell invented the telephone in 1876. In the 1950s, women sex workers were among the first to purchase new, expensive answering machines, helping to popularize the latest advance in communications technology” (Planned Parenthood website, 2005).

People discovered, through phone sex, they could fulfill their sexual fantasies in the privacy in their own homes without fear of committing physical adultery. Verbal communication relieved their sexual tension through the stimulation of their imaginations.

Commercialized phone sex involves two or more people on the telephone participating in a custom ad-lib sexual fantasy designed to please the paying customer. Most phone sex lines, such as Niteflirt.com and TalkSugar.com, cater to male customers because the demand is high, phone traffic is at its peak, and prices are competitive. FreePhoneSex.com sometimes has specials where callers receive 15 minutes for one dollar. ExplicitPhoneSex.com charge only 29 cents a minute. However, some girls on Niteflirt.com charge up to $49.99 per minute for calls. Prices range from from low to high. Most seem to range from 69 cents a minute to $4.99 a minute on the internet and in recent adult magazines. When a man calls a female phone sex line one-on-one, usually he will masturbate while listening to a woman catering to his specific fantasy. Most of the time, the call ends with an orgasm(s) of one or both participants. Phone sex operators are often referred to as phone girls, sexual advisors, and phone actresses.

Erotic Hypnosis: The Background
Erotic hypnosis, a topic not yet legally defined, is one of the most intriguing, desirable, and fascinating types of fetishes out there today. However, it is often misunderstood. Erotic hypnosis is also referred to as hypnofetishism, erotic mind control, sexual hypnosis, and sometimes brain enslavement. Female hypnotists specializing in erotic hypnosis are sometimes referred to as hypnodommes. According to The Urban Dictionary, an online slang dictionary, defines a hypnodomme as, “A Dominant Woman who uses hypnosis and mind control to get what She wants from a submissive” (UrbanDictionary.com, Section H, term 1.).

According to Michael Streeter, author of Hypnosis: Secrets of the Mind, “The idea of hypnosis itself has been around for thousands of years going back as far as 3000 B.C.E. when the father of Chinese medicine, Wong Tai, wrote about healing techniques that involved using words to help cure people” (Streeter, 2004, p. 10).

Hypnosis as an erotic fetish is a relatively new concept, which has led to an outbreak of curious fascination. Due to the time constraints of this paper, only erotic hypnosis as it relates to phone sex will be discussed. People that know little about erotic hypnosis tend to be skeptical of the fetish, unsure of its ability to even “work” on them.

Many people have unrealistic expectations of hypnosis, partly because they see people quacking like ducks on televised stage hypnosis shows. Those stage hypnosis shows were designed to entertain crowds. However, erotic hypnosis was designed to arouse and excite a person one-on-one without putting on a public show. People who know the capabilities and limitations of hypnosis tend to experience the best results. There are any myths and misunderstandings about hypnosis and its capabilities that many people are skeptical without knowing what it means.

A typical phone sex conversation

Phone sex operators often refer to themselves as “phone girls” or “phone actresses” to be politically correct. When a caller and a phone girl have a typical phone sex session, the call tends to be very interactive. They speak to each other; they role-play, they ask questions, talk, moan, respond, ad-lib off each other, and maintain an ongoing erotic conversation. One or both participants may choose to masturbate while including descriptive words to describe their activities. These words tend to be sexually explicit, designed to arouse their listening partner. Usually the phone actress will verbalize an orgasm, whether real or fake, which will help stimulate the caller on the other end to have his orgasm as well (see attachment A). Sometimes no one has an orgasm (see attachment B). Some men pay by the minute but have no desire to be aroused. In cases like that, the client may have fantasies that involve humiliation, degradation, or just wants a non-sexual personal phone conversation. There are men who simply want to brag about their academic or work-related accomplishments and just want someone willing to listen.

Phone sex operators hear a large number of conversations with topics ranging from marital troubles to strip club confessions. When a caller speaks to a professional phone sex operator, he fulfills his need, whether it is a sexual or an emotional release. Phone sex can be better than therapy because callers tell operators things they often won’t tell their own therapists. With phone sex, callers do not have to be in the same room with the other person to disclose their intimate secrets. Without even realizing it, most phone girls offer amateur sexual counseling by giving their own advice and opinions on how their callers should improve their sex lives.

A typical erotic hypnosis session
First, the hypnodomme (assuming the hypnotist is a woman) may begin with a small interview with her paying client. The client is often referred to as the “subject” and is most often a man (although women are also good subjects). The hypnodomme may ask the subject what he wishes to accomplish during the session. Perhaps he wants to experience an orgasm in a female body, experience sex with ten women at once, or perhaps he wants to relive a sexual experience with a previous partner. Then, after discussing the goal of the call, the hypnotist will instruct the subject what to do. She may instruct the client will lie back in bed or on a sofa and close his eyes. Then she may begin to vocally guide him into a hypnotic trance through a relaxation induction (see Attachment C).

An induction is generally a relaxing meditation and techniques vary with each hypnotist. Some hypnotists use Krasner’s method of meditation. Due to space constraints of this paper, more information on Krasner’s meditation methods can be found by signing up for a seminar workshop at www.Ampac.edu owned by American Pacific University, which educates hypnotists around the world.

While being hypnotized, the subject is only supposed to masturbate if the hypnotist instructs him to do so. The hypnotist, if trained and qualified, will be able to listen to his breathing pattern to tell how far down in a trance the subject has become. When a caller and a hypnotist have a typical erotic hypnosis session, the call tends to be less verbally interactive. He usually listens without saying a word. However, not all subjects stay silent. Some hypnosis sessions may become verbal and may turn into an interactive conversation.

“If you speak at all, it will be in a monotone, almost robotlike response, in slow motion. Most people, though, prefer not to speak. Talking breaks their perfect state of rest and seems like too much effort” (Temes, 2004, p.21).

The hypnodomme may ask the subject a question and receive an answer in return and the subject is still very much in a deep, hypnotic trance. The hypnotist may take the subject in and out of trance, deepening and awakening, then repeating the process. The hypnotist may spend several minutes guiding the subject with a breathing exercise or similar relaxation technique. The hypnotist on the phone may include trigger words, which are designed to get immediate responses from the subject. An example of such a trigger word would be saying the word “obey” to the subject, suggesting he feel temporarily paralyzed from his waist down. Trigger words allow the hypnotist choose the direction of the call. The hypnotist may tell the subject that he has no control and must obey her commands, instructing him to masturbate in a specific way that feels better than he ever imagined. Thus, the subject’s begins to feel aroused, both mentally and physically. After his mind is stimulated, the hypnodomme will begin to focus on arousing the subject’s body through verbal commands and suggestions. When the subject has become physically stimulated and aroused, the hypnodomme may instruct him to orgasm with a trigger word(s). If he had a successful session, he would have instinctively responded to the trigger word by ejaculating on command. And lastly, shortly after his discharge, the hypnotist will guide him out of his trance and awaken him to a state of full consciousness and alertness.

Post-hypnotic suggestions
The hypnodomme may choose to use post-hypnotic suggestions that allow the subject to still feel erotic sensations or obey commands long after the call has ended. Post-hypnotic suggestions can last hours, days, weeks, even months. One example of a post-hypnotic suggestion would be: the subject hears the sound of dripping water and immediately feels shockwaves of sexual pleasure. Almost every single session will have some sort of post-hypnotic suggestion, usually by the customer’s request during the initial interview (interview mentioned earlier). The more sessions a person has with a hypnotist, the longer the suggestions will last. Some post-hypnotic suggestions can last years with repeat sessions.

Maurice Kouguell, Ph.D., at Brookside Center for Counseling and Hypnotherapy says there are lots of possible dangers and complications of hypnosis (see attachment C for possible side effects).

The energy of a phone sex call
When people have commercialized phone sex, phone girls and their clients may discuss the sexually explicit role-plays or fetishes desired which adds energy and enthusiasm. In phone sex calls, it is typical to have conversations with loud orgasms, intense role-playing, and thunderous fantasies. The goal of phone sex is to stimulate the listening participant’s physical body, hoping to achieve sexual gratification through orgasm.

The energy of an erotic hypnosis session
In a typical erotic hypnosis call, the client tends to be passive, submissive, and obedient to the hypnotist. The energy is lethargic, dreamy, and serene. One of the reasons hypnosis is so popular is because it allows the subject to give up control. The act of giving up control can be far more erotic than sex itself. Many clients call for hypnosis and say, “I just want to lose control.” They leave the rest in the hypnotist’s hands. It is the subject’s way of giving the hypnodomme creative freedom to take the call in the direction she desires. Subjects sometimes enjoy the element of surprise, which is why they don’t give many requests at the beginning of the session. He may wish the session to be a complete surprise so he doesn’t have any expectations of the fantasy, induction, or triggers to be used. He may want to experience submission and obedience. He may simply want his power and control stripped away.

Ironically, although the subject wants to lose control, he has complete control the entire time. During a hypnosis session, the client is fully aware of everything going on around him and cannot be made to do something against his will.

Hypnosis is not brainwashing.
Hypnosis is not brainwashing. Brainwashing requires sleep-deprivation, diet-control, social and physical deprivation, and reconditioning of a person’s behaviors.

Hypnosis is not psychotherapy

Hypnosis is not psychotherapy. “Hypnosis is a technique, not a therapy. Hypnotherapy is psychotherapy that uses hypnosis as part of its treatment in an effort to uncover events from your past that may be influencing your present thoughts. Hypnosis is not hypnotherapy” (Temes, 2004, p.5).

Hypnosis cannot be forced on someone
Hypnosis cannot be forced on someone. Hypnosis can only be performed on a willing participant. When people watch televised stage shows, all the subjects are willful, volunteering participants. If subjects do not want to do things the hypnotist instructs, they have full power of their minds to disregard any undesired suggestions.

Somerset Hypnotherapy states on their website, “Hypnosis will enable you to enter into a deep state of relaxation and comfort in which you will become even more aware of your self and what you are doing. You will always remain in control… Your subconscious mind will always be looking after your best interests. If a suggestion was made that was not in your interest it would be rejected and you would very likely come out of hypnosis” (Somersethypnotherapy.com, 2006, FAQ).

When a subject requests a hypnosis session, he is voluntarily and freely opening up his mind to the idea of someone giving him suggestions. Whether or not he obeys and responds to the commands is completely up to him. There are no magic tricks involved. The subject is fully aware of his own surroundings, his own decisions, and if he decides to ignore the hypnotist’s commands, he is perfectly capable to do so at any time.

One of the common myths of hypnosis is that if people submit their minds to a hypnotist, then they will no longer have control of themselves and will be, in a sense, brainwashed. This couldn’t be further than the truth.

Hypnosis does not weaken the mind
Some people mistakenly think hypnosis weakens the mind. Dennis McClain-Furmanski of subgenius.com says, “The command SLEEP and OBEY weakens the mind’s ability to alert the viewer to the embedded command.” However, Masud Ansari disagrees.

Masud Ansari, author of the book Modern Hypnosis, wrote, “Some people think that constant hypnotic induction weakens the mind. On the contrary, hypnosis refreshes the mind and relieves tension. Millions of people have been hypnotized hundreds of times without the faintest sign of harm. There are also some other myths about hypnosis, such as being helpless to resist undesirable post-hypnotic suggestions. Before trance induction, in the pre-induction talk, the hypnotist has to remove all doubts and misconceptions about hypnosis. Establishing a good rapport with the subject and easing fear will help facilitate a successful hypnotic induction” (Ansari, 1991, p. 20-21).

Hypnosis is not meditation
Hypnosis is not meditation. “In hypnosis you get to the meditative state and then go ahead and do some work on yourself by changing a thought, idea, or behavior. In meditation you simply stay in that meditative state” (Temes, 2004, p.5).

HypnosisChicago.com says, “Hypnosis has been called mediation with a goal. Mediation is a quieting of the mind, and is in itself very relaxing and beneficial. However, there is no goal, visualizations or positive imagery. With hypnosis, we quiet the mind and relax the body, then add mental imagery, positive suggestion, and other techniques such as NLP or Parts Therapy. There is always a goal in hypnosis” (HypnosisChicago.com, 2006, FAQ).

Hypnosis is not relaxation

Hypnosis is not relaxation. “Contrary to popular belief, it is not necessary for you to be relaxed during hypnosis… It’s easier for the hypnotist if you’re calm, but hypnosis can be accomplished quite successfully while you’re tense, upset, or unhappy” (Temes, 2004, p.6).

Hypnosis is not sleep
Hypnosis is not sleep. “During sleep you drift off, whereas during hypnosis you are alert and interested in the mental adventure you are having. Hypnosis may look like sleep because you might be asked to concentrate on an image in your mind and it is easier to do that if you close your eyes. But, even though your eyes are closed and you are sitting motionless on the chair, you are extremely alert – the opposite of sleep” (Temes, 2004, p.6)!

Hypnosis does not put you into an eternal coma
Hypnosis does not put you into an eternal coma. You will wake up. Some people fear if they become hypnotized, then they will stay forever hypnotized and have no control of their minds. “De-hypnosis or the awakening of the subject is usually one of the simplest parts of hypnosis. The awakening of the subject can be performed by simply suggesting to him that he is to open his eyes and be wide awake… De-hypnotization may be compared with awakening from a natural sleep… If a subject is left to himself without being de-hypnotized, he will usually wake up on his own accord after at most a few hours. No one has ever stayed in hypnosis for a long period of time” (Ansari, 1991, p. 158-159).

Other common myths of hypnosis
Due to space limitations of this paper, please see Attachment H for other common myths in addition to the ones listed above.

“Going Under”
Everyone experiences hypnosis differently. Some people are very susceptible to commands and respond easily to suggestions. However, some people have a challenging time going into a hypnotic trance. The hypnotic trance often feels like a peaceful daydream-like state, which is often referred to as “going under.” A person having difficulty “going under” during in a hypnosis session may not be relaxed enough, while others are too apprehensive to go into trance. Perhaps the subject is over-analyzing the situation, is concentrating too hard on the given instructions, is too wound up, or simply doesn’t want to be hypnotized. Hypnotists that have good rapport with their subjects tend to have more effective sessions. A hypnodomme that explains the hypnosis process before beginning a session tends to help ease the fear and doubt of the client. When a client trusts the hypnotist, he becomes more comfortable with following instructions.

In the Handbook of Hypnotic Suggestions and Metaphors, author D. Corydon Hammond, Ph.D. wrote, “Establishing a relationship with the patient must always be considered the first and most vitally important prerequisite for suggestions to be effective. Relating to the patient in a warm, understanding, caring and respectful manner reduces defensiveness and creates the trusting kind of climate that is necessary for hypnosis to be maximally effective” (Hammond, 1990, p. 11).

Hypnosis involves the act of following instructions. The hypnodomme gives an instruction and the subject obeys – that is, essentially, hypnosis. An example of such an instruction would be, “Close your eyes and listen to my voice.” If the subject chooses to disregard the order, then he is maintaining his own control by defying the hypnotist. By doing so, he is essentially disregarding the hypnosis and refusing to be hypnotized, which is why he may have difficulty going into a trance. Unless a subject is willing and able to follow instructions, then chances are, he cannot be hypnotized.

John G. Kappas’s book, Professional Hypnotism Manual, states, “When you enter the state of self-hypnosis, do not be discouraged when you do not experience ringing bells, flashes of lightning, or feelings of dropping into a bottomless pit. Nothing that occurs is in any way comparable to these dramatic, romantic notions. In most cases, the self-induced hypnotic state is at first hardly, if at all, recognizable. While in the state, you will hear everything around you but will feel as if you are in a daydreaming state of relaxation. You may find that your mind wanders, and you may feel numbness or tingling sensations in your fingers and toes, or dissociation in part or all of your body. These feelings are natural…” ( Kappas, 2001, p.234).

Who can be hypnotized?
Many people claim they cannot be hypnotized, but they can be hypnotized every day without even realizing it. People can be hypnotized while watching television, driving on long road trips, painting a picture, sitting in a classroom, daydreaming by the window, or even sitting on a bus. Hypnosis is simply a state of mind where the person is relaxed and has opened one’s conscious and subconscious mind.

That being said, the client becomes more open and susceptible to new thoughts and ideas. When a person becomes hypnotized, their minds become supersensitive of their surroundings. This allows them to use their imaginations more vividly.

R. Lauer, owner of HypnosisChicago.com, states in the FAQ section, “I have seen many people who have been told by other professionals that they couldn’t be hypnotized. This proved to be untrue once I worked with them. Most people can be hypnotized” (HypnosisChicago.com, 2006, FAQ).

Peter Masters wrote in his book, Look into My Eyes, “The scientific literature regarding hypnosis indicates that about 10% of the population is deeply hypnotizable, 10% of the population is not hypnotizable at all, and the remaining 80% is hypnotizable somewhere in between. Most of the research has been on university students who have to volunteer for a certain number of experiments to pass their psychology degrees, so the results probably aren’t representative of actually everybody” (Masters, 2001, p.11).

Erotic Hypnosis: Using the Imagination
During an erotic hypnosis session over the telephone, the hypnotist may tell the client, “You are now on a beautiful street in Paris. You can see beautiful woman walking on stone sidewalks eating fresh butter croissants from the bakery, which makes your mouth water. You’ve been walking for hours. You are now exhausted and want to sit down on the nearest bench. If you listen closely, you will hear the sound of the ladies whispering.” Assuming the subject is in a heightened state of awareness or in a hypnotic trance, he will be able to picture this in his mind. It becomes more than just using his imagination. He will be able to use all 5 of his senses: smelling the bread, seeing the women, feeling physically exhausted, tasting the saliva in his mouth, and hearing whispering voices.

Phone Sex: Using the Imagination
When people engage in typical phone sex conversations, the client only hears what he wants to hear. The phone sex operator may say something like, “I’m touching myself and it feels so good. I love hearing you get off! You are so hot!” This is heard on a conscious, alert state of arousal. Phone sex is usually a two-sided conversation that involves sexual descriptions intended to arouse their partners. Unlike erotic hypnosis, most phone girls do not rely on subliminal messages to arouse their clients.

The length of the phone call
Phone sex calls are generally shorter than erotic hypnosis calls. Some phone sex calls may only last one or two minutes while some may last over an hour. However, it is typical for hypnosis calls to extend over a long period of time, sometimes for several hours. Many people can achieve a successful satisfying experience with erotic hypnosis in approximately 30-60 minutes. It is common for the client to set aside a generous amount of time for a hypnosis session.

HypnosisChicago.com states that hypnosis sessions vary with person to person, specifically, “The first session usually lasts from one hour to an hour and a half, depending upon several factors. Subsequent sessions last one hour. Sometimes more time is required and sometimes less. The average time you’ll spend in hypnosis ranges from 30 to 40 minutes” (HypnosisChicago.com. 2006, FAQ).

Most hypnosis sessions have long-lasting effects that outlive the call itself and can last weeks, sometimes months if the session was particularly effective. Ultimately, the more time that is spent inducing a subject, the more successful the experience can be. Contributing factors vary from person to person. HypnosisChicago.com says, “The results you’ll experience depend upon many factors, including your readiness to change, what kind of rapport you have with your hypnotherapist, what inductions and techniques are used, and how good of a subject you are. Also, how regularly you do your own self-hypnosis also directly impacts the results” (HypnosisChicago.com, 2006, FAQ).

Repetition is vital for an effective erotic hypnosis session. The more sessions a client has, the easier it will be for them to “go under” because of previous experience. However, with phone sex, customers can have orgasms without having to relax their minds.

Other than tantric sex (see attachment E), orgasms achieved through erotic hypnosis are arguably the best orgasms a person can have. With erotic hypnosis, a customer can be so relaxed that his heightened imagination allows his fantasies to be more realistic. Assuming the subject is a male (although there are also female subjects), he may visualize and feel things that are usually very difficult to experience unless he is in that suggestible state of mind.

Phone sex is more widely known and accepted than erotic hypnosis. People may call for phone sex out of curiosity or horniness and never call again. However once a caller experiences erotic hypnosis for the first time, he will usually come back for more and become a repeat caller.

Setting the Pace
Many people love phone sex because it can be a quick and easy way to enjoy an orgasm. Phone sex tends to be very fast-paced, rushed, and usually has a progressive eagerness to it. If the client has an orgasm quickly, he may feel satisfied that she provided him expedient service without wasting his time. The phone girl then hangs up and awaits her next call. Phone sex calls tend to be short in length, but spoken energetically. Although phone sex involves speedy delivery of sexual services, erotic hypnosis slows down the pace to heighten the sexual experience. In erotic hypnosis, the conversation becomes very slow, silences and pauses are inserted, and specific phrases are carefully worded.

Hypnosis tends to be more mentally draining than phone sex due to many unsuspecting factors. Hypnotists speak slowly and carefully, wording specific phrases to get a desired response. They also have to pay close attention to their voice, making sure it fluctuates appropriately, while maintaining the client’s focus. Because hypnotists understand how hypnosis works most effectively, they are far more susceptible to hypnosis than most people realize. Many find themselves accidentally hypnotized during a session, getting tired alongside their subjects. Performing multiple sessions sequentially can be mentally exhausting.

Experiencing a Hypnotic Trance
When a man is in a hypnotic trance, he may feel like he is in isolation where everything around him becomes oblivious. His focus will be solely on the hypnotist’s voice. When he is deeply hypnotized, he is likely to block out any outside distractions, such as a barking dog or outside traffic, allowing him to concentrate only on the hypnotist’s voice. Everyone responds differently to hypnosis. Some people will feel they were not hypnotized at all. Some will feel groggy or sleepy, while others will wonder what just happened. Some people will feel like they’ve just awoken from a deep massage on a relaxation table.

George Gafner & Sonja Benson, authors of Handbook of Hypnotic Inductions, wrote, “Some effective hypnotherapists always speak in a low, boring monotone with little modulation. Others begin with their hypnotic patter in a conversational voice and ever so gradually lower the volume and slow the tempo until they have reached their hypnotic voice. Others modulate their voice at different times during the induction or therapy portion, perhaps slowing down or lowering the volume to emphasize key suggestions” (Gafner & Benson, 2000, p.11).

Erotic hypnosis sessions tend to be one-sided dialogues with the hypnotist speaking directly to the subject. The intension is to relax his mind, which may in turn, feel sexual. Contrary to phone sex, the sole intent is not simply to arouse his genitals. Erotic hypnosis relaxes the mind first then stimulates body.

Erotic hypnosis allows the client to go deep into their imaginations to see more vividly, to obey suggestions more easily, to become more submissive, and allow themselves the illusion of losing control.

Phone sex and erotic hypnosis collide
Phone sex and erotic hypnosis can both be addictive. Both can be very expensive (see attachments F and G). Both can be enjoyed over the telephone. Both have millions of avid fans. Both professions involve skilled workers with incredible knowledge of the sex field in fetishes, fantasies, and sexual understanding. Many phone actresses can become great phone sex operators without any related experience in the field and are naturally good at what they do. However hypnotists who want to perform an effective erotic hypnosis session must have some sort of training, knowledge, experience, research, or some sort of scope of the topic of hypnosis.

Hypnotists that don’t have training or knowledge of hypnotherapy may be more sexually entertaining than therapeutically effective. There are clients that may enjoy an entertaining experience more than an effective one. That is where phone sex and erotic hypnosis can cross lines and have a gray area. Many untrained hypnotists simply invent an entertaining session, without knowledge of important techniques, hoping to satisfy caller’s hypno fetish. Sometimes it does. However, trained hypnotists are usually knowledgeable of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), which are carefully worded phrases to guide the mind into a desired stage. If the hypnotist is familiar with NLP, the results can be far more effective and, ultimately, more arousing.

Conclusion
Phone sex and erotic hypnosis are wonderful ways to experience orgasms in the privacy of one’s own home. Physical and mental relief through sexual satisfaction can be achieved in both types of sessions. The brain is arguably the most sexual part of the human body, which is why phone sex and erotic hypnosis are so arousing.

Phone sex is popular for its enthusiasm, sexual and emotional relief, and playful interactions. Erotic hypnosis is popular for its relaxation techniques, power exchanges, and instructive commands. Human minds have the power to create clear, mental pictures through impressive verbal descriptions, which is why phone sex and erotic hypnosis are so widespread today.

What is Erotic Hypnosis?

What exactly is hypnosis?

Believe it or not, there is no definitive answer. Right now researchers at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) in Washington D.C. are doing studies to find out exactly what the deal is involving hypnosis. But if you ask me, hypnosis is a state of deep consciousness where you are completely and utterly relaxed into a state of pure bliss.

What is erotic hypnosis?

Erotic hypnosis (also referred to as sexual hypnosis, sensual hypnosis, sexual mind control, hypno fetish, hypno sex, hypnotic mind control, etc.) is my favorite type of hypnosis to perform! This is where a hypnotist takes a subject down into a relaxing trance and excites and arouses the subject’s body. So many wonderful things can be accomplished from this. Some of them may include (but not limited to):

* Falling in love with hypnotist
* Intense orgasm denial
* Fetishes come alive
* Sensations feel overwhelming
* Fantasies and roleplaying images feel real

Erotic hypnosis is not meditation, nor is it psychotherapy

According to the Idiot’s Guide to Hypnosis, there are clear indicators showing the difference between hypnosis and meditation. In meditation, you are taught to focus on yourself, have no goals, and enter an altered state and focus on yourself. In hypnosis, you are taught to focus on something outside of yourself and enjoy a new behavior and enter an altered state and then receive suggestions. Suggestions make the biggest difference. The smallest suggestion can have the biggest impact!

Hypnosis is NOT psychotherapy. It is a technique, NOT a therapy. Hypnotherapy is a psychotherapy that uses hypnosis as a way to help you uncover things about yourself that are buried within your past.

What is the difference between sleep and erotic hypnosis?

Sleep: Eyes closed, body relaxed, no attention paid to surrounding environment, will not hear conversations, usually move around, no ability to concentrate, EEG studies show brain waves of sleep have little alpha activity.

Erotic hypnosis: Eyes may be open or closed, body usually relaxed, but can be instructed to become tense, no attention paid to surrounding environment, will hear hypnotist’s voice, remain still, too much effort to move, extremely high ability to concentrate, EEG studies show brain waves have high alpha activity, indicative of alertness.

What does it feel like to be hypnotized?

You might feel like you’re in isolation completely oblivious to everything around you except the hypnotist’s voice. When you’re NOT under hypnosis, you’re aware of everything around you. You know your body’s temperature and where you are located and how you feel at the moment. You’ll know if you hear a car horn or small warm cookies. However when you’re deeply hypnotized, you are more likely to block all of that out and concentrate only on the hypnotist’s voice.

Everyone responds differently to hypnosis. Some people won’t feel they’ve been hypnotized at all. Others will feel groggy or sleepy, others will wonder what just happened. Some people will feel like they’ve just awoken from a deep massage on a relaxation table.

Anything Else?

Regular hypnosis can help you improve your life. You were born with a talent for being hypnotized (some more than others). Hypnosis is a safe experience. Hypnosis helps you see situations in a new way!

Erotic hypnosis is a great way to experience sexual fantasies, because your body may experience intensely arousing feelings.

The Trance

What happens while I am in trance?

Depends on how deep you go.

What exactly IS a trance?

According to Michael Streeter in his book Hypnosis: Secrets of the Mind:

“An important part of hypnosis is the trance state. It is here that the unconscious mind is fred from the critical fetters of the conscious mind and is open to suggestion. First of all, let us consider the different states of mind that we experience. The first is usually experienced in our waking lives and is known as the beta state. In this state our brains are highly alert, and this is when reasoning and logic are employed. Scientists have measured the activity of our brains during different states and can monitor the activity using an electroencephalograph (EEG). At beta state our brain waves vary between about 14 and 30 cycles per second (c.p.s.).

The second state of mind is called the alpha state, when our brain waves operate between 8 and 12 c.p.s. In this state our minds are still alert but are more relaxed. We are generally more creative in this state of mind, more open to information and imagination. Some hypnotists see this state as the gateway from the conscious into the unconscious mind. The alpha state is an everyday experience for us, whether we are wrapped in a movie or going into or out of sleep. Hypnotists say that when we enter the alpha state we are moving into a trance.

The third state is called theta, in which the brain waves are between 4 and 8 c.p.s. This state is associated with deep relaxation, tranquility, and dreams. Theta is sometimes known as the dream state. We pass through the theta state on the way to and from deep sleep.

The final state is called delta, when the brain waves are below 4 c.p.s. This is the deep-sleep state where there is total unawareness from the mind, and is not a state reached in hypnosis.

It should be pointed out that these levels of brain waves are not neatly restricted to one state of mind. For example, there are alpha waves or theta waves in our brains even when we are in the beta or waking state. The four stages refer to the occasions when those particular wavelengths predominate. The significance of these states for is that during the alpha and theta states that the hypnotic trance exists. It is then that suggestions to the always - present unconscious mind are not obstructed by the critical faculties of the conscious mind. When the patient has begun to allay those critical faculties - the process of suspension of disbelief - then suggestions cna be used to work on the unconscious.

The hypnotic trance is often divided into sex different stages or depths, which occur in the alpha and theta states right down to the beginning of the delta state.

Each of these six stages is associated with different experiences that can be induced by the hypnotist. Hypnotists learn both how to induce these different levels of trance and how to identify them.

Stage One

This is associated with lethargy and the start of relaxation. It is at this point, to use the old hypnotic cliche, you “are feeling sleepy.” In fact, hypnosis is not sleep but this is the time when the hypnotist can induce the first catalepsy. This means some of your muscles begin to feel heavy and you cannot move them. The first area affected is normally the eyelids, where the muscles are small. The hypnotized person’s eyes will be shut tight and the subject will feel that he or she doesn’t have the strength or energy to open them.

Stage Two

At this level patients will experience catalepsy in particular groups of muscles for example an arm. They may also have the sensation of being heavy, or of floating. As with Stage One, this level is considered to be a light trance. As the level deepens towards Stage Three, which is considered a medium trance, then the patient may experience catalepsy in both legs or perhaps the whole body.

Stage Three

In the first level of a medium trance, as well as experienceing catalepsy the patient can be induced to smell and taste differently. This is where the hypnotist could hold a scented rose underneath the patient’s nose and suggest to the subconscious that it smells like an old sock, to which the body will react accordingly. At this level the patient can also be made to discount the existence of a number. For example the hypnotist may suggest that the number three does not exist. When counting to five, the patient would jump straight from two to four, missing three.

Stage Four

Further into a medium trance, the hypnotist can induce amnesia - loss of memory - in the patient. This can be used with post-hypnotic suggestions (regarding the desired changes in the habits or behavior of the patient) to ensure that the ptient’s conscious mind does not get in the way of the work of the unconscious. Other phenomena include anesthesia - numbness - of parts of the body and analgesia - the state of painelessness.

Stage Five

The first level of a deep trance is often associated with positive hallucination. This means that the hypnotist can induce the patient to see or hear something that is not there. For example, the hypnotist might say that an empty vase contains a certain type of flower, and the patient will be able to describe it. This is also the level at which stage hypnotists often employ unusual post-hypnotic suggestions so that, when the subject “wakes,” he or she might quack like a duck or flap his or her “wings” like a bird.

Stage Six

At this deepest level of trance, patients can experience anesthesia, when surgical operators can be carried out on them. Another phenomenon is negative hallucination, when the patient can be induced not to see or hear things that are really there. Somnambulism - sleepwalking - can also occur at this stage.

These states are approximate guides to the phenomena experienced under hypnosis, though patients may experience some of them at different times. Also individuals can vary greatly as to how deeply they go into trance and what behavior they display.

Much of the healing work of the hypnotherapist can be carried out in the first three, lighter levels of a trance, which are known as the mnesic (memory-retaining) stages. The second three stages of a deeper trance are often called the amnesic stages. ”

Stage VS. Phone Hypnosis

What is the difference between stage and phone/mp3 hypnosis?

Stage hypnotists are performing for an audience and are there to ENTERTAIN people and make them laugh, cry, and be dramatic.

Phone hypnosis personal between a hypnotist and subject and is not about entertainment but about reaching the goal of the subject. The goal may even to have a sexually climactic experience.

What happens in stage hypnosis?

With stage hypnosis, there are is selection of people. The larger the group, the better a hypnotist can quickly find the most hypnotizable person to entertain the crowd based on watching them carefully. Before people come up on stage, the hypnotist starts by getting the crowd riled up, asking them who wants to have the most fun. People begin to cheer, because they assume hypnosis is fun based on the hypnotist’s presuppositions. Then the hypnotist gives the audience small tasks (standing, clapping, swaying, etc.). A successful hypnotist then looks carefully at the audience to see WHO is performing the tasks the most diligently. For example, if the stage hypnotist tells the audience to imagine they are on a boat swaying back and forth… well… if a person begins to swagger and sway uncontrollably MORE than the rest of the audience, then the hypnotist pulls that person on stage. Why? Because that person has the BEST ability to follow instructions (plus they really want to have fun).

Eventually the hypnotist will keep selecting people to go on stage and give even more “immediate tasks” to see which people perform them in the most entertaining way. For instance, if the hypnotist tells a group of 20 people on stage that they are all drunk, then a successful hypnotist will closely watch them to see which ones show signs of drunk-like behavior.

The ones who were less entertaining to watch, she asks them to sit down back in their seats in the audience. Eventually there might be just 10 people on stage, which are considered “the most hypnotizable” in the ENTIRE audience. See the pattern? Those select people are there to have fun and are obeying every command and suggestion. Therefore if a bizarre command is given (such as dog barking, forgetting a number, smelling bizarre smells, acting in strange manners), they will have an easier time doing the advanced tasks, because the hypnotist is self-assured these on-stage subjects are GOING TO FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS.

In Michael Streeter’s book “Hypnosis: Secrets of the Mind,” he discusses stage hypnosis:

QUOTE:
“For many people, their only contact with hypnosis may be through the entertainment business - via stage hypnotists. Hypnotic entertainers have been around since the days of Mesmer in the eighteenth century and their popularity is as great as ever. Nowadays, hypnotic entertainers appear frequently on television shows as well as on tour with their stage productions or at fairs. These shows are usually very entertaining and top performers in the United States and elsewhere have lucrative careers.

A stage performer puts members of an audience into a hypnotic trance, bypasses the conscious mind, then uses the power of suggestion on the unsconscious mind.

The key difference, of course, is that on stage or television all this is done purely for entertainment and NOT for therapy, so the kinds of suggestions a performer will put to a member of the audience will be very different from those sued by a clinical hypnotist. Stage-show participants might be told to walk or quack like a duck, flap their “wings” like a bird, dance like a ballerina, confront “aliens” or swat at an imaginary fly. Or volunteers might believe that they have just won the U.S. Masters golf tournament, climbed a mountain, or just trashed their new Cadillac without insurance. There are countless different suggestions that stage hypnotists might put their subjects, very few of which would be used in therapeutic work.

Another important difference is in the speed and depth of a trance. In therapy, the hypnotist will often take a while to induce a trance in the patient. Some individuals are less easy to hypnotize than others, and the therapist will establish which induction techniques are best for a particular client. The therapist will also perform quite a lot of work using a relatively light trance.

By contrast, the stage hypnotist has to work quickly. If he or she takes too long to guide someone gently into trance, the audience might soon be heading for the exists. Also, the entertainers usualy put their subjects into a deep trance, so they can induce phenomena such as amnesia; therefore the stage hypnotist has to make sure that only the MOST hypnotizable members of the audience are used as participants.

This is why performers study their audiences carefully, including during the warm-up. They will be looking for the signs that a person is particularly open to being hypnotized and might use suggestibility tests to see who responds best. Such tests might include asking members of the audience to close their eyes and imagine that one arm is attached to a balloon filled with helium. They are asked to imagine that the arm is getting lighter and lighter, until it starts moving upward, apparently without conscious effort. Anyone whose arms starts moving in such a test is likely to be a good candidate for hypnosis.

The performer will also be looking for a volunteer who shows interest in the subject of hypnosis and is a willing partiipant in the performance. Such enthusiasts are far more likely to make good stage-hypnotic subjects than someone who is skeptical or plainly unenthusiastic.

The need to select the most suitable members of the audience is also the reason why in shows you see a hypnotist choosing far more volunteers than he or she really needs for the act. This allows the performer to reject those who do not subsequently show they can easily be put into a deep trance. None of this happens by accident; stage hypnotists are taught the techniques of choosing the right subjects for hypnosis.

The selection process also helps answer one of the key questions raised about stage hypnosis - can they make the audience perform acts against its ill, against what it believe in, or against what it would normally do? Most, though not al, hypnotists believe that people cannot be made to act against their will, So in the case of stage shows, the fact that the audience participates are already anxious to take part in the show means that they have already agreed to go along with the act. It is true that in usual circumstances they might not normally run around a theater clucking like a chicken. But they have come to a show, they want to take part, and are therefore willing to have some fun in accordance with the nature of the routine.

A good stage hypnotist is no less skilled at trance induction and suggestion than therapeutic practitioners, even if the techniques are used for different purposes. In bygone ares, it is true, fakes sometimes conned the audience into thinking they were putting people into a trance, when in fact the “volunteer” was a stooge of the performer. This no longer happens, because there are so many genuinely talented hypnotists around. Some are, in fact, brilliantly skilled, able to induce a deep trance very quickly and use suggestions swiftly and effectively. Moreover, a number of stage hypnotists have previously been therapists, others go on to become therapists, and some do both at the same time. So the gulf between those who perform stage hypnosis and those who use it for therapy is into as huge as it may seem.

However, stage hypnotists do have different requirements and priorities. First they need to be good entertainers with stage presence. They have to enjoy performing. Also they need to be quite dominant personalities, at least in their shows. In therapeutic hypnosis, the hypnotist and patient are a team, working together. On the stage, the performer is firmly in charge. The suggestions he or she might make are one of the permissive kind where the subject’s mind is slowly guided in one direction. The stage performer uses direct, authoritarian suggestions, “You WILL quack like a duck.”

The atmosphere of the show is also important. The stage hypnotist wants to encourage a group atmosphere, an excited expectation among the whole audience about what is going to happen. This helps get the volunteers in the mood, as they feel they are truly participating in the show. If the mood is right, the audience participants are already on their way to being hypnotized even before the formal induction process starts. ” — Michael Streeter

What happens in phone hypnosis?

This is the area where I specialize. I perform hypnosis on the telephone to subjects all over the country and throughout the world. My method of induction is more therapeutic than entertaining, as well it should be.

The first thing I like to do is ask the person on the phone what kind of hypnosis they want. The most COMMON thing I hear is “I just want you to have complete control of me” and in that case, I get more creative freedom to do and say whatever I wish. Most of the people who say this have little or no intention of having an orgasm. Some might but for the most part, they just want to let go of their control and let me control their minds.

Some people say “I want to be turned into a woman” and in that case, I specialize their hypnosis into an area that will certainly make them feel more feminine.

Others might say “I’ve never tried erotic hypnosis and want to see what it’s like” — in this instance I just go for a generic type of erotic hypnosis that involves teasing, arousing, exciting, and relieving their sexual pleasures.

But for the most part, it’s a lot easier for me as a hypnotist to know ahead of time what the subject likes. For instance, if the subject likes looking at asses and long legs, it can be of great benefit to both of us if I kinow that ahead of time to be able to throw that into the hypnotic induction.

I spend around 15 minutes or so inducing a light trance and depending on how deep you allow yourself to be, I spend the next 15 minutes making your body feel aroused with sensations aimed to please and cause excitement.

Sometimes the very mention of an arousing situation such as: “Imagine yourself on a red velvet bed in a dark room surrounded by three Brazilian women wearing only think slinky fabric over their hips” can induce a daydream-like state that lets the subject focus on a visualization that helps them get rid of environmental distractions, such as a barking dog in the other room.

Unlike stage hypnosis, I cannot see you. I cannot use visual responses such as watching your arm raise up and down. All I have is your breathing. I listen to your breathing throughout the call to tell how deep you are and how much deeper to take you. The louder and slower your breathing, the more I assume it is working. In that case, I make it more and more intense. If I hear nothing, then I assume I may not be doing something right (when in fact you feel wonderful) and will repeat the same things over and over. So don’t be afraid to put the phone to your mouth! Since I have to rely only on auditory sounds, when you breathing loud enough to let me hear you - it will help you experience a deeper trance.

Relaxation Tips

What kind of tips can you give me?
If hypnosis is something you love or want to try, it might be a good idea to learn some other types of tips that can help you go down even deeper into a trance.

Make sure you have the BEST time!

Have a quiet place free of disturbances
Go to the bathroom so your bladder won’t scream during hypnosis
Find a recliner or a bed to relax
Have a comfortable pillow, the higher your head the better because it may allow you to mentally sink lower than you are.
Light a candle if you wish
Burn some incense if you wish
If you’re doing this in bed, then MAKE your bed so you don’t have sheets and fabric digging in your back to make you uncomfortable
If you’re overly excited or nervous, try deep-breathing exercises

Are you one of those people who have the MOST trouble going down in a trance? One way that may help is to shake your whole body violently until you are fatigued (crazy, but true - that way you’re waaay less tense than before!). This will assist you in going deeper and being more tired.

Don’t try too hard!
If you try too hard to be hypnotized, you are actually making it worse. If you keep trying to be hypnotized, your mind will be focused on your own pleasure rather than on concentrating on My voice. Keep that in mind. This is usually the #1 problem with most people not being able to feel the best results. So really… stop trying so hard and just allow yourself to experience a wonderful trance without analyzing what is being said.

Just relax and listen to My voice and try not to even think about hypnosis at all. Just clear your mind of everything and just listen.

The more you try to think to yourself, “I loooove hypnosis and I really really really want it to work so I am going to concentrate sooooo hard that my brain pops out of my head” - the worse you are making it for yourself. The only way you will truly enjoy a hypnotic trance is if you simply relax and LET IT HAPPEN naturally. The more you TRY to become hypnotized, the less likely it will happen.

If you come into hypnosis feeling resistance to the hypnosis (”This better hypnotize Me because I paid for it”), you are building up a blockage - which is 1) preventing you from trusting the hypnotist (see below for details) and 2) preventing you from wanting to thoroughly follow directions (see below for details and 3) are coming in with the wrong attitude altogether.

Let your surroundings take you deeper
If you are listening to a recording and then all of a sudden you hear an ambulance go by your window, your automatic response (without pre-conditioning yourself) may be to think, “I have just awoken from my trance.” However… if you condition your brain to let all your outside noises TAKE YOU DEEPER into a trance, then you will feel like you are inside of a little “bubble” when you are listening to a hypnosis session. This way you can block out sounds of traffic, sounds of children, sounds of birds, sounds of pets barking outside, etc. Sometimes a hypnotist (I do this sometimes) will say, “All outside noises and distractions will only take you deeper into a trance.” and by saying this, they are essentially telling you to block out the outside sounds and ignore them. So do it. Don’t let it get to you.

And if it’s something WITHIN the recording, such as a crackling or microphone adjustment (you won’t hear sound problems in My recordings, these are just examples), simply allow your mind to block it out. If the crackling is too overwhelming and you find it too hard to concentrate on the hypnotist’s voice, then perhaps you need a new recording or even a new hypnotist that fits your particular needs.

Hypnosis takes practice!
Yes it takes practice! You have to practice over and over so that your mind gets used to decreasing brain chatter, outside noises, accepting and obeying commands and suggestions, following orders, trusting the hypnotist, letting go of resistance, etc. Some people can be hypnotized very deep the very first time. However, some people have to listen to recordings several times to experience a deep trance. This is normal. You have to condition your mind to learn the process of becoming hypnotized. Not everyone can be hypnotized just because they paid for a recording! You have to PRACTICE the art of being hypnotized! This is something you have to learn on your own. A skilled hypnotist will help you condition your mind more effectively to go into a deep trance. A hypnotist only GUIDES you into a trance… but YOU are the one who takes yourself down into a trance. All hypnosis is self-hypnosis. You are really hypnotizing yourself, did you know that?
For instance, if I say the word, “sleep,” you have to be conditioned to automatically close your eyes and fall into a trance. This may not work for you the first time if you are wound up and not following instructions (and haven’t practiced conditioning your mind). However, once you practice THE ART of conditioning your mind, you will experience a wonderful and fabulous trance and once you can follow ALL instructions (which is what hypnosis is all about!) then you will achieve the best results!

What if you’re still too wound up?
You’re not the only one. Some people are so excited about trying hypnosis that it is very difficult to sit still and “go under” so don’t feel bad! Sometimes people want it to work on them SOOOO bad, that they are really making the hypnosis less effective. The more you TRY for it to work, the less it will happen.
One thing that seems to work, even though it sounds very simple… is to pretend it works. Lots of research show that when someone pretends something works, their mind may soon start to believe what they hear. Eventually you may just be hypnotized simply by letting your body believe things are really happening.

But Most Importantly… Follow Instructions!
However the main thing to remember is that hypnosis is ONLY following instructions. As long as you can follow instructions and obey every command, you can be hypnotized. If you come into the session feeling resistance and wanting to challenge every instruction, chances are, you will not become hypnotized. For instance, if I say to you, “Close your eyes and imagine them closed so tightly that no matter how much you try to open them, no force in the world could open them.” Well, what I have just instructed is simply telling you to use your imagination.

So if you open your eyes, you are not obeying My commands and are not following My instructions. Failure to follow My instructions is only wasting both your time AND mine (and wasting your hard-earned money) and well, what’s the point in doing that? If you really want to be hypnotized, stop challenging My commands and simply obey. It’s really that simple. If I tell you to imagine something, imagine it. If I tell you to do something, do it. If I tell you to say something, say it. If I tell you to think something, think it. Otherwise, you’re really not going to feel the effects you want to.

Can’t tell if you’re hypnotized?
One of My biggest pet peeves is when someone comes up to Me and says, “I wasn’t hypnotized.” or even worse, “I listened to Your recordings and they didn’t work on Me.” Well that just makes Me laugh because that obviously means they didn’t follow the instructions (see above paragraph). Again, all hypnosis involves is following instructions. As long as you did what I told you, then you were hypnotized.

What will the trance feel like?
Unlike what some people may think, hypnosis does not make you feel like a zombie or braindead or make you feel like you have amnesia (unless I purposely give you an amnesia trigger). Most of the time, erotic hypnosis will feel like a relaxing experience and you’ll simply feel like you’re waking from an arousing nap. Hypnosis does NOT make you do anything you don’t want to do. Hypnosis cannot make you do anything against your will. Hypnosis is perfectly safe. Also some people assume you were only truly hypnotized if you “didn’t remember anything” or if you “did something you didn’t want to do” or “did something stupid” and that is ridiculous. First of all, many people remember their hypnosis sessions (that’s why they know how good I am!) and sometimes wake up remembering every detail, but sometimes only small fading details, sometimes no details at all. And again, you have control over your own actions under hypnosis. But follow all instructions at all times for the most effective session.

Allow yourself to trust Me
This may be hard to understand, but one of the main ingredients to a DEEP session is trust. If you allow yourself to trust Me completely, you will have a deep and effective session. If you do not trust Me (or any other hypnotist for that matter) then you should not be buying anything from Me.

Allowing Me to enter deep inside your mind is like allowing Me to penetrate a deep and vulnerable place inside you. And if you are holding up resistance, basically you are allowing a challenging and pessimistic side of you to resist Me. If you resist My commands, you are, in essence, resisting the hypnosis you are paying for. So you have to trust Me. Trust that any commands I give you are for your own arousal and benefit. Keep in mind that all My recordings are clearly labeled and you know exactly what are getting into. If you have any questions, feel free to ask Me before you purchase something. I don’t mind answering them.
