Barack Obama rally

Yesterday Jenna and I went to the Obama rally and sat up really high in the nose-bleed section and had a fantastic time. There was so much more energy there than at the Hillary rally (days earlier). At THIS particular rally, there were beach balls being thrown up in the air all over the stadium, people yelling and screaming in unison (for over an hour before Obama even showed up), and a roaring fanbase that exceeded the Hillary rally by almost 500%. In fact, there were SO many more people at this rally as compared to the Hillary one (both held in the same place), that there wasn’t enough parking. The Hillary rally barely filled a fifth of the stadium. This time, with Obama speaking, thee whole stadium was slam packed with hardly a dry seat in the house. And I gotta tell you, Obama’s pretty sexy in person.

While Obama spoke all I could think about was picturing him naked as I spanked his ass. Nothing, at this moment, would give me more pleasure than to stuff a red ball gag in his mouth while hypnotizing him to do all the political changes I’d like him to make. I would love to DOMINATE Obama in all sorts of naughty ways. I wanna tie him up to my St. Andrew’s cross and stick a butt plug in his ass and make him wear panties, tease him like a sissy bitch, dress him in a french maid outfit, and have him give me a warm bubble bath. Ah yes, now THAT would be my ideal presidential candidate: a bitch slave. I bet he has a big cock too. Not that I’d necessarily want to fuck him, I just like knowing it’s big enough to fuck with (i.e. cock torture).

Needless to say, I left the rally with pretty wet panties. The whole ordeal excited me more than can ever be expressed in words.

Presidential nominees

I suspect that this blog entry may turn some people away, and if so, so be it. However, I take pride in treating my blog as a personal diary, not just a commercial venue. So I’m about to discuss a political matter and if it’s not something you care to read… be forewarned the contents within contain personal political opinions.

This week Barack Obama came to my state of Indiana and spoke at a highschool. I didn’t go cause I didn’t hear any news about it until AFTER the fact. I really would have liked to hear him speak in person. I’ve been impressed with some of the video speeches on his site and want to listen as an audience member. Also later this week (tomorrow I think is the official day), Hillary Clinton will come to Indiana as well and so far I haven’t found any announcements made regarding when and where she will be speaking. I’d really like to know! It’s not even on her website, yet she has a banner saying “Indiana for Hillary.” - hmmm…

Anyway, I try to stay away from politics in my blog for obvious reasons, however the reason I’m writing is because Bill Clinton, politicians, and several newscasters have stated that if Hillary wins Indiana, SHE will be the next president. If Obama wins Indiana, HE could be the next president.

Who would have thought that this would all boil down to Indiana? And it’s where I live!

I’m still undecided though. All candidates (even McCain) have many positive qualities as well as some negative ones. Frankly, I’m disappointed that none of them have tackled the issues of animal rights or anti-torture in the food business. One reason I wanted to go to hear them live is because many times, they take questions from the audience and will answer it on the spot. I want to know how they feel about the issue of animal rights. Do they have any provisions to regulate or prevent the current animal cruelty going on right now? All I know is that Hillary (in the past) has backed up organizations that utilized animal cruelty. In fact, she’s often been nicknamed “Hen-Heck Hillary” due to her downright ignorance of what happens to animals. And Obama has flat-out supported hunting and gaming and wants to designate government-funded hunting areas, which as you know, involves the shooting and hurting of animals - many of whom don’t die with just one shot. I don’t know McCain’s stance on this - I just know that I disagree with his support of the war. All three of those candidates have a lot they could offer the country… but at this point, I THINK I’m leaning toward Obama. I keep changing my mind, because many times I’ll hear a new speech from someone that will make me lean towards or away from them, depending on the content. Why doesn’t anyone care about animal rights? Why don’t politicians find it important? I’ve written all three camps personal letters asking for their opinions on this matter in hopes that they’ll AT LEAST make a public statement regarding their position, but so far… nothing from their corners but silence.

Animal rights are important. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again… it’s NOT that I’m against the killing of animals. I’m against the TORTURE of animals. No one, whether human or animal, should ever be tortured - whether for food, fashion, or furniture. It’s disgusting that politicians haven’t so much as batted an eyelash to this crucial issue.

As far as health care goes, both Obama and Clinton have fabulous options. Personally, I’m ok with either health care plan AS LONG AS people can be automatically covered, especially those with pre-existing conditions. I remember when I weighed my heaviest, topping over 300 lbs, many health insurance companies wouldn’t cover me. And many of my friends have health problems which often go untreated due to their lack of health insurance. It breaks my heart that pre-existing conditions aren’t covered. If EITHER candidate supports a health insurance program or can begin a mandated regulation that requires insurance companies to accept EVERYBODY, then count me in. I know Clinton is for forcing the health care issue, and in my shoes, think it’s a fabulous idea. However, there are millions of financially challenged people who aren’t nearly as fortunate to afford such a thing. So that leave’s Obama. Can he lead America to really change the current situation? Maybe. Maybe not. He keeps talking about change, change, change. I like action, not words. And often times, politicians say all the things they need to say to get likability and win popularity contests, but when push comes to shove, will they be able to do what they promised?

It all boils down to our state in Indiana. If the decision would be left up to ME, I’m about as split in the middle as the rest of the world. I mean sure, who WOULDN’T want a DOMINANT WOMAN as president? If Hillary won, I’d be ecstatic just cause she’s a woman and women rule. But this isn’t a race about gender. And who WOULDN’T want an INTELLIGENT, CHARMING MAN to be president… sure much better than the idiot we have in office right now. And McCain has a positive side too, if you discount the fact he’s older than my grandfather and he has a violent temper tantrum. McCain was one of those cool congressmen who would often vote bipartisanly and was one of the 7 split vote guys. That shows he doesn’t just vote based on party lines. However, that alone isn’t enough to make someone fit to be president. So much more is involved and many of the issues he tackles are just off base. I am WAITING to see if any of the candidates will speak out against animal cruelty. When or if they do, they’ll have my vote. Until then, I’m disappointed in all of them and don’t see the point of voting at all. I’ve voted in every election since my 18th birthday, and this year I’d like to do it again, but I need to know I’ve made the right choice.

Indiana Sweatshirt

This post is dedicated to the beautiful deidre who still has trouble remembering the difference between Illinois and Indiana. Good way to remember it: Isabella/Indiana both start with I and end with a. It still makes me laugh because once she took the wrong airplane to visit me and flew to Bloomington, Illinois instead of Bloomington, Indiana. We just got off the phone and she admitted the two states still confuse her. So I’m sporting my Indiana sweatshirt so she’ll always remember :)

I’m not smoking, I’m blowing a kiss… can you tell?

Closeup of my lips…

Illinois?

No more bird seed in the birdfeeder. Gotta get some more. By the way my sweatshirt is several sizes too big. It was tight when I first bought it. Wow what a difference. It’s too comfortable to throw away though.

Pointing at the shirt so you never forget. Indiana. Indiana. Indiana.

I love picking on you, hon ;)

chillin’

Here are some pics I took in my SUV in the rainy parking lot of Chili’s in Martinsville on the way home from Indianapolis. I was testing out the camera on my new pda phone (which is so freaking cool by the way). It’s a Palm Treo 750 which kicks total ass and it’s like having a mini computer everywhere I go that I can actually talk on, email, text, cam/vid, listen to music, etc. Oh yeah and I just bought a GPS system for it and iGuidance too so I never get lost on the road. And a jawbone bluetooth too which I’m waiting for in the mail. It’s so amazing! Anyway these are just some candid pics, nothing too special.

Wearing my Christian Dior sunglasses in the Equinox:

Oh yeah, I just bought two upper class tickets (well worth the price in my opinion) to London (for 9 days in the beginning of August) for slave m and I to go on vacation. I’ve never been overseas before and going to London has always been a place I’ve wanted to visit, amongst other places. There are soooo many countries I plan on visiting now that I FINALLY have a passport! But what I love the most about having upper class tickets is what accommodates us on the plane. I mean wow, we get SLEEPER beds on the plane! And a full bar! Is that insane or what? Look at all the stuff we get on the plane! I’m still in shock. I mean, I generally fly first class and it’s no big deal. But upper class? This is stepping up. I mean — sleeping on a flat bed on a plane??? Anyway I am TOTALLY taking photos of it when I get on board just so I can show you all, cause well… I’ve never even seen it before in person. And a bar where you can get up and mingle? Wow. It’s almost like being in a lounge or something the way people have described it. Ok enough talking about the plane. But as you can see, I’m excited. And I saved up a long time for those tickets. I always told myself that once I lost 100-103 pounds (my halfway point to my weight goal), I would go to a country overseas to celebrate. Well I’ve lost 86 pounds already and August is just around the corner so I went ahead and booked the tickets!!! So this is something I’ve EARNED and I’m very proud of this. (I used to weigh 336 lbs. Now I’m down to 249 lbs. My “London” goal is 230-233 lbs. which I am definitely doing!!! Talk about motivated!!!)

Also… people have asked me what I had planned on doing once I lost all 206 pounds (May 2008) and I had PLANNED to go to Beijing and go to the Summer Olympics. But I am a human rights activist and have been closely watching China and the way the government has been treating people (as they have been promising to start treating people better before the Olympics) but it’s only getting worse. So I am boycotting the Summer Olympics and not going to Beijing after all. I am upset with China over the horrendous and illegal arrests, torturing, and killing of thousands of Falun Gong practitioners and their threats to invade Taiwan and make it a communist country, their banning of foreign journalists from exploring clear human rights violations throughout the country, their illegal arrests and murderings of “sources” of journalists who want to simply talk to the press about what’s going wrong with China, censorship of the internet which prevents people from viewing human rights websites or even news websites like the BBC news and others (imagine going to the summer olympics and viewing a website which supports the Falun Gong and then all of a sudden the chinese government tortures people for it! They’re already doing it!)… not to mention the countless acts of “legal” terrorism the government inflicts on it’s people by forcing abortions amongst pregnant women (even in their 9th month!) and so many atrocities, I can’t even name them here. And trust me, I could go on FOREVER about how I feel about China right now. I am SO upset and ANGRY and livid and PISSED off with how Hu and Zemin and the fucking administration is treating its people. Anytime a peaceful demonstration is done out there, the activists are arrested and brutally tortured. And they want foreigners to come to them for the olympics? Fuck that. Me… along with thousands of other human rights activists are now boycotting it. They are not getting my money. Not one dime. Fuck the Chinese Government. The citizens of China are being oppressed and their heritage is being made a mockery. The CCPC is literally making a mockery of people who tried to share guidelines and ways of living which didn’t allow one ruler to rule a land, such as Confuscious.

I am so upset about what’s going on over there, I could literally talk about this for days and days. In fact, I do. I am constantly talking about China this and China that… and “Did you check the news today about China?” and it’s driving me out of my mind. And the only reason America hasn’t stepped in to stop them from their brutal human rights violations is because 1) we’re already in the middle of a stupid ridiculous war and spending more money than any other country in the world on military stuff. 2) The chinese military is the largest in the world. Our government already has their hands full and simply doesn’t want to deal with China. But you know what? Once China decides they want Taiwan, the U.S. will have no choice but to step in and defend it, since we made an oath to defend her and keep her free and protect those 23 million people. It could happen any day. Ever week, China is making new and BETTER submarines, upgrades weapons (at first we didn’t think they could WIN a war because our technology is so much better, but WAKE UP america, China is where we should be concentrating right now goddamnit. We need to be on our toes and prepared just in case something happens. China already has about 800 missiles already AIMED at Taiwan!!! Jesus Christ. And Taiwan is making missiles that can fight China back. And the US is allies with Taiwan and FUCK — we’re in Iraq fighting an Islamic-terrorist war????? Goddamn.

Ok so where am I going instead of China next year? You guessed it. Japan. I figure that since China hates Japan, this would be the best way to piss them off. Japan DESERVES my money in its economy. Besides, Japan is fucking COOL as hell! I’ve always wanted to visit Tokyo and you know what? I’d feel a hell of a lot SAFER in a free, democratic country than a communist country where I’d be fearing for my life around every corner wondering if I’m doing something illegal. And knowing the Chinese government, my name is already red flagged on their system as a human rights activist (whether protesting with Amnesty International or the Human Rights Watch, it’s clear China hates both of us) and I’d be arrested the minute I step off the plane. All the letters I’ve written to the Chinese government and human rights organizations and even the Olympic Watch and other places are definitely things to raise eyebrows with China. (And they ritualistically arrest and torture human rights activists just for DISAGREEING with the government! Even just for writing letters!) But in Japan, at least I can let loose, have some fun… and not get so worked up. Besides, the whole point of the vacation is to CELEBRATE the 200+ weight loss… not for me to wake up in some prison cell with a 2 inch tube stuck up my nose being force fed with salt water till blood is streaming down my body being prodded with electric shocks and then being dumped alive in some feces-ridden blood bath water cell for days begging for death.

Wow I sure made this post morbid didn’t I? Yikes. Ok I gotta relax. Obviously Zemin and Hu piss me off a great deal. If they really wanted to make a positive difference before the Summer Olympics 2008, they could start by DESTROYING all those TERRIBLE “610 offices” that torture people. That would be a start. And it would be nice if they stop destroying those independent Chinese newspapers that speak out against censorship. What kind of example are they setting as a nation? *sigh* Ok off my soap box.
